I had a really positive experience coming into this location. I was dropping off some equipment and was seen right away on a busy Saturday. The gentlemen helping me credited my account for all the equipment, and happened to mention a deal they were having that would lower my bill by $20/month for the exact same service. I just got my bill and he was 100% correct! Great service, I would much rather just come into this location than calling Cox customer service :
Absolute worst customer service!!!!! DO NOT recommend! Given wrong equipment three times. No resolution given except pay for technician to set up services? Hung up on three times by representative at store. Advised I had to come into store to speak to manager ten minutes to close. Canceling added services completely due to horrible services.
They make it near impossible to get help! So many outages you don't even get credit for not even when u miss work hours due to it. The corporation makes everything SOOO HARD to get help or anything resolved. You have to call 10x it's annoying. Can't wait to move and ditch them
Staff are nice — this outrageous process of COX implementing data caps is absolute highway robbery — I can't update security patches on all my machines during a month unless I buy additional data. How was all this allowed to happen?
I was ready to be disappointed and annoyed in setting up new service, but it did not happen. I have never had such stellar service from a communications/internet/tv service company! To my amazement, I was treated like a queen at this Escondido location. I came in to set up Japanese television for my mother who is in an assistant living facility. Ryan and Reema were rockstars.Their customer service skills are amazing!!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
service was fast & friendly wish the they still had the pay stations in operation waiting to pay bill can be a pain
Angie was awesome. Without her expertise, customer service and mgmt strength this visit would have gone south.
The store is fine, but every time I change my service, I need a new modem. And every time it's a faulty modem with extreme packet loss until I get a working one.
Well set up was great and thought I got a deal on thier fastest internet....well I can tell you we have a 1200 Sq foot apartment and can only get wifi in the room the router is actually in. And that's when the internet is even available it goes out about 12 times a day and since we stream TV and my husband works from home we run into issues daily the uproot out lives. I can't believe people pay full price for this service and sad part is it is not even fast when it works...how are they still in buisness?????
Nice store, busy but had 5 employees so it was quick.
