This place and the staff totally rock! We have a larger family with lots of ages and needs, the staff here is so sweet, fun, helpful and super kind. Hailey, Adriana, Bailey, Ty, Josh, Dylan and many more have made this the best summer vacation for all our children! From everyday conversations, coloring contests and games to helping one of our children celebrate a birthday. We love this staff! The facilities are always clean and well kept, office staff and other managers are quick to help remedy any issues the guest have to the best of their abilities. For instance, our a/c wasn't working well in our camper but Hannah and John helped us solve the problem. I'm so thankful for all the people here.
We visited Jellystone a couple of years ago and had so much fun that we decided to do it again this year with more family members! We each had our own cabins that were side by side and super conveniently close to all the kids activities. The staff here is FANTASTIC! We went fishing late one night and John was so nice to come check on us and see how we were doing! He even took the kiddos to look for giant frogs and turtles! They had so much fun! We only ran into one small glitch with laser tag but was VERY QUICKLY resolved and were offered a free game! Hannah was soo nice! She contacted me to see about scheduling the game and when we declined due to other plans, she made it possible for us to ride the animal rydables later that day as a group for my dads birthday! I haven’t received this level of customer service in a couple of years and it’s refreshing to know that it’s still out there! Hannah and John both went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back! THANK YOU!!
This was our 4th consecutive year to stay at this location. Unfortunately this will most likely be the last. There were certain “adventures” that were added and still appeared to be operable according to their map online and a few photographs. We make the trip here and the “lake with inflatables” is no longer. In the past the pools were open till at least dark. As we are being told the other news at check in, they inform us of pools now closing at 7. It’s still extremely hot at this hour and still plenty of daylight left. We realize they changed ownership but the lack of concern from staff sucks. The lady checking us in also let’s us know some activities are not being offered during the week…..We paid a lot for the stay with our camper, paid additional $300+ for golf cart, and there is an additional fee for paintball/laser tag. Just really don’t feel we are getting what we paid for on this go around. RV sites are clean, showers are clean. Just amenities aren’t what they claim to be.
This is our second year in a row to stay and loved it each time. We've rented both a cottage and a cabin. They are great for the price and everyone was so nice. Thank you Sadie for answering all my questions up front. The older kids played paintball and had a blast while the rest of us stayed cool in the pool.
Last summer when we stayed we were told we couldn't bring our personal golfcart. This year we didn't bother asking and rented one just to see personal carts being driven around all over the park including the pools/ playground. And a side by side driving throughout the park. The pools now close at 7pm. Do they not realize it's 100 degrees outside. The staff is great and very helpful and the park is beautiful. It would have been 5 stars if not for the above few reasons.
The employees at Coyote Ranch resort are beyond friendly and helpful. Hailee, Adriana, Josh, Ty, Baylee, and Dylan have made every effort to ensure we feel at home. Hannah provides great customer service and great training to the employees. John ensures the park is running in top shape. Highly recommend this as your vacation stop.
The staff that was doing the wet hayride was rude. We have been here several times and this is the first time we that we were to supply our own water guns. Paying $24 for a day pass and all there was to do was 3 swimming pools. So disappointed that the floating obstacles were gone. The kids loved that part last year and much more fun than swimming pools.
I had the pleasure, while on a travel assignment for work to stay at the resort for a couple of months. At times my family would come for a few days and we would participate in the activities. The crew always accommodate all activities even if it was for just one of my kids. They interacted with all four and thanks to Hailee, Ty and Josh they got to squeeze in a round of Laser tag. Thank you all for the job you do and interacting in positive/fun ways to make the time fun that we had here.
Stayed in one of the camping cabins over the long HHH100 weekend! Such a great choice for peace, comfort, and easy access to the city and races!!! We highly recommend this park for families and adults!
We had a great time at Jelly Stone Witcha Falls. The staff there were very helpful. IT is a new pack but it has great pools and activities to do. My family loved it. Plus Hailee & Bailey made the activities fun and John McClure went above and beyong with helping us with our camper! John McClure's wife even helped us out in the office with our points. Each park does things abit different but this park was very accomadating!! We will definitely be back!!!
