Don't get scammed by these people! Walked in with a software issue and came out with hardware issues. Broke both cables of front facing camera and home button and not accepting their own fault. Walked out very disappointment. Never again! Be aware of this place! Shame one the manager who said "Let god decide what is right and what is wrong."  I also might add that they misplaced a couple of screws! Very unprofessional.  Ambient light sensor not working claimed to have been fixed. Noticed a screw missing for the vibrator module and it seems that vibrator module is swapped with a non-working one. This place is... Disgusting!

Best place to replace your phone screen! Have used them multiple times now and never had a problem. Don't go anywhere else.  Update 01/24/23 Still using them after 4 years and many phone accidents. I HIGHLY recommend 1st Comm. The owner is knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy.

Fast and affordable. My phone screen shattered and I called around to local repair shops for estimates and timelines. 1ST Comm was the cheapest option and they were able to fix my phone immediately. Great customer service and the screen fix is immaculate. Will definitely return & recommend!!

They cut my SIM card down to fit my new phone. But they also have a decent selection of phones, there were four or five other cases just like this. When I walked in another customer was picking up their newly fixed phone. Fast service, super nice guy

That sinking feeling when you realize the device you are about to trade in has a cracked camera lens and your trade in promo is out the window....I called around and could tell right away this was an easy fix for !st Comm.  Thank you Khaleel for the reasonable straight forward fix price, quick turn around and for carrying those great little triple camera lens screen protectors.   He also went the extra mile to make sure my old device was logged out of iCloud, a step that Verizon corp store /instructions did not mention. Thank you Khaleel for saving my trade in promo.

The best cell phone repair shop I've ever been to. Friendly service, good prices, high quality work, absolutely perfect.  My phone's back had its paint peel during a battery replacement which I wouldn't even consider their fault in the slightest, and they offered to replace it when they get a new back in stock, for free.  While waiting for the battery to be replaced I noticed the staff were always ready to greet customers, accurately answer any questions, and they were never anything less than affable.  Definitely my go-to phone repair shop going forward!
