Brought computer in to be fixed. The computer was not consistently getting power. The employee stated they took the computer apart and put it back together. After getting the computer home it worked for less than 24 hours then the same issue continued. After opening it was clear nothing was done do the computer. It was still covered in dust and dog hair. Sorry the owner lied to me. He also stated he replaced the sticky plastic that was covering all the screws when he put it back together.
I dropped off my PS4 Pro to get a deep clean because the fans were working overtime to cool the system think jet engine sounds. They quoted me $75 w/ tax but I also left a tip -- so about $90 altogether, and said it would be 5-7 business days. I was super shocked when I got a call 2 days later saying they were done! I went home, plugged it in, and the system was running as smooth as the day I bought it! Beyond impressed, everyone was super pleasant, and I will be using them again in the future! Summary: Speedy, great job cleaning, and awesome staff!
After filling out online about my problem with my device, told me to come in for a free estimate... when i walked inside, the worker came to the front desk, after i stated my problem with my device, he did not hesitate to say that they do not work on my device due to lack of poor quality parts. which was weird because their website told me to come in... Since i have been needing my device fixed for a while, i asked him if he had any recommendation to fix the laptop and all he said was "Get a mac", which if first a terrible recommendation to give someone using a windows device. or he gave me the second option of one of the most top of the line GAMING laptops... i brought is a work laptop i do not need to BUY THE BEST OF THE BEST... I could tell from the beginning from when he walked from out the back, that he was just annoyed that there was another customer and he just wanted me out of the store. he gave me the worst attitude, place has terrible customer treatment. from my experience geek squad has always done me right I hope your experience with them can be better!
Had my daughter's iPhone 11 front screen replaced. I dropped the phone off at 10 a.m. and it was ready by noon. No complaints whatsoever. Her phone looks new again.
My phone suddenly went on the blink earlier this week, leaving me unable to use it for anything except texts and calls. I tried to solve the problem at two other businesses first, but after a few trouble-shooting attempts I was told that I would likely need to buy a new phone, and that I wouldn’t be able to trade in my current one since we couldn‘t reset it. I walked into “CPR” in Glen Carbon and Jalen greeted me. He listened to my “tale of woe”, kindly sympathized with my rough day, and within about 5 minutes he had fixed my phone. Turns out that an app was blocking my phone from fully functioning; simplest solution to a very frustrating problem. Thank you, Jalen, for making a very weird, unpleasant day so much better!
Do not go to CPR for any console repairs. My HDMI port was broke, I took it to CPR to get it fixed and replaced. Price was fair but once I got my console back after 2 weeks, didn’t even have it for 6 days and the HDMI port became loose. Took it back and they gave me no warranty. All they offered me was a $30 owner discretion discount plus the $199 repair fee. Got a call from Roy telling me it was working like a champ and obviously that was a lie.
From what I can tell from the last few days there's only one guy running the shop and he does an incredible job, had a great energetic personality every time I went in.

Called in the morning and received call back early the same afternoon to fix cell screen. I dropped it off and picked it up fully repaired in less than 2 hours. Customer service was excellent and the phone screen looks perfect. Price was very reasonable.
