I shattered my laptop screen right before school finals and reached out to CPR, they immediately gave me a fair price to repair it and timeline of when the part would be in. Very helpful and professional. They repaired the screen and it works like new. Highly recommend
In the process of replacing my Samsung Galaxy 9S battery, something went wrong with my display. Ryan was very professional and responsive, rectified the situation and got me back in business in a few hours. I was very happy with my first CPR experience!
Terrible service, I paid $421 and they literally robbed me, they changed the screen of my iPhone 13 pro max and what they did was damage a sensor, they tell you that they are authorized by Apple and it is false ... I end up visiting the Apple store, which they told me that They do not have authorization to sell screens or iPhone parts $421 for a screen that is NOT original and instead of fixing it, what they did was damage it and one of their employees needs better training. I do not recommend the place, they scammed me!
They were excellent looking up my claim and being transparent about what I needed to do with the insurance company to get it sorted. The repair was quick and quality.

My camera stopped working and CPR diagnosed and fixed the problem with friendly knowledgeable service. They saved me from having to get a new phone. Well done!
If I could give zero stars I would. First they ended up mixing up my PS5 with someone else's. And then they let me go home with my PS5 thinking it's fixed when the reality is that I have to go to Sony to get it fixed
I managed to fry my PS4, and took it to CPR Cell Phone Repair in the village. For a nominal fee, they had a technician look through it, and then another technician do a deeper dive into the issue. They confirmed with me that the unit was not fixable and was toast. Although it sucked for my PS4, it was good to know that they did their due diligence to try to see if there was anything that could be done, and provide an honest answer when there wasn't.
These guys are fantastic. They got my phone working after the first place I took made it worse than it was before. Fixed my antenna connection, charging port, and battery. Amazing service.
staff was amazing, repair was expensive but i had to get it done. great help however. have to wait about a week for repair.
