What a shady shady shady company. At this point I have given up but this company has stolen 3 cell phones with irreplaceable pictures of my late brother. I at one point was in contact with the St. Robert location once a week after my order was continuously lost. They closed that location and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about when asking about my 3 phones even when I presented my receipt. Be very very careful as the owner of this franchise could care less about you even when you get corporate involved. Be very careful when dealing with this company.
They do not stand behind their work or their word I was told my phone would be water proof like it was when it was new after they took it apart and put it back together it was not so I had to buy a new phone I wanted the money I had paid for fixing it back which totaled around $400 they said best they could do was $55 I told them to keep it and I would not be back and I don't recommend anyone do business with them take your device somewhere else
Such phenomenal customer service!! The gentleman working there was extremely polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great customer service is rare nowadays, but this store definitely aced it!!! I will recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair to everyone!!
I came here with a computer that need something soldered on and the employee who performed the task did an incredible job, better than I could have ever imagined. Now my device works better than it did before it broke! I will be coming here for any repair I need in the future for sure. Thank you!
Went to thir website for a quote and was sent an email to call. My quote for replacing a cracked screen was $350. I would have to wait for them to have a screen in stalk also. $350, I'll take my chances with a kit and YouTube video.
This place absolutely saved the day!!! It all started with AT&T... All i needed was my SIM card tray removed from my phone I dropped it and it got jammed/stuck inside and I already had my new phone to put it in. AT&T told me to come up, no appointment needed, only for me to show up and be told there's 10+ people ahead of me and she was making me an appointment now. I waited at the store until the lady ASKED me to leave until they called, got to the parking lot and called CPR. Not only was I told to come on down, they LITERALLY fixed it for me on the spot, no problems whatsoever, and made sure I was able to get the SIM card into the new phone before I left the store to make sure I'd be able to make calls if need be on my way home. The customer service here was like being among friends, I've never been so at ease in any tech store of any sort. I can NOT recommend them enough!! If you've got any problems give them a call!! Not only will they fix it for ya, they'll do it for 1/2 the price of others. And, if its not fixable, they will not force you to spend money trying to fix the device, they'll tell you up front so you don't waste your time and money. I absolutely love this place, and plan on coming here first before I EVER think about going to At&t again! Best service ever, and made my day SO much better! By the time I got home with my new phone, I still hadn't been called for my appointment.. But CPR had me fixed and out the door! Thank you so much!
The People there are Great Especially Brian, He will take Absolutely Righteously Unbelievable Great care of U.. I Highly Recommend them... The back of phones Glass broke from the Hest, the Battery Expanded and it Shattered My Back glass and ruined my charging port So I took it in and Brian Hooked me Up!!!
I have three stars instead of four because of one staff member. My phone repair wasn’t guaranteed to work so I purchased a new/pre-owned one there. The first one I bought didn’t work right that day. So I made three trips in one day to the store 35 miles away to get it fixed because each time they told me to come in, the phone still wasn’t even ready. Finally ended up buying a different phone and it so far is working right. The young man in the hat was very nice and helpful that is why I gave three stars. The other man needs customer service skills for sure. I recommend them for repairs, but not buying a phone, there are NO REFUNDS.
Wonderful place great service I trust these people with my cellphone And recently ipad Lifetime warenty on there repair They have not disapointed me Way better then the place on Fort Leonardwood
