This Place used to be Awesome!!!!!!!! However Ginny The older asian woman who Owned this location Retired she gave the Business to a Fella by the name of Robert In cinnaminson Who turned out to be a Thief and a real piece of Trash He stole a Laptop that was left With Ginny Before she closed And I now have no way of reaching her or Her old Technician JOSH!!!! they made an awesome Team.... I would Use Geek Squad Before I would Use CPS Ever Again!!!!! I hope Ginny Enjoys Retirement....
Do not go here. Horrible customer service. Dropped off a home theater feb 7 was told it can be fixed, nothing but the run around excuse after excuse why it wasn't fixed yet only..sorry we haven't had time too fix it. After multiple visits and phone calls on the progress..i finally had enough. Picked it up April 28 told the lady i want my system back. Still not worked on and in the case i left it in. untouched!! Thanks for wasting my time!! Like i said horrible customer service and feedback!!
Ever since PCS closed I was worried that I'd never find another place committed to excellence in product and customer service...that is until I found CPS! It's ironic that it's just a change of letters but the folks here are incredibly nice and amazingly skilled at what they do. I highly recommend CPS for any and all computer needs.
CPS computer told me they couldn't fix my computer then tried to sell me a new one that used my HDD optical drive and power supply. I told them no thank you got my computer back. I then went online found out what I would need and fixed myself for 30$. So basically the repairman was either not capable of doing the work which is highly unlikely since I could do it or he thought I was a sucker and tried to fleece me for a bunch of money and then probably turned around and fixed my old PC and kept it for the I7 processor or sold it down the road. Either way this business tried to cheat me and I don't appreciate that. I suggest that no one shops here or they may try to rip you off too.
I took in a home-built Home Media Center PC for diagnostics. I had already troubleshot the problem to either a bad motherboard or cpu, but I didn't have the equipment to narrow down the problem. CPS identified the problem as a bad motherboard. Wanting to support a local business I had them order the replacement board to install. Yes, I could have done this myself, but I like to support local businesses especially since the diagnostic was free. 1. They identified the wrong replacement board. I corrected the mistake prior to them ordering. 2. They then installed the board, but did a horrific job wiring it. Cables were tied all together over the CPU fan. A power cable from the board to the front panel was left unplugged. I returned it for repair. 3. The wiring was corrected, but they forget to install an e-sata cable from my dvd drive the cable was left on their table. 4. I picked the computer up again. This time everything was wired properly, but they let a screw fall in my power supply... and thought that a piece of metal, in a power supply, next to a fan, would be ok. 5. I pulled the pc apart and reassembled. I would advise to steer clear of CPS, especially if you are not familiar with computers.
2 star max for shop and shop owner should be less. 5 STARS FOR Employees who are very good and do all the work and they should open their own shop. Workers are very good and knowledgeable and willing to help you even on their own time.
Great used PC parts just bought a used monitor for a older desktop worked great no issues thank you
They are really nice people and fixed my laptop fast. Better then Geek Squad.
Very helpful and technically sound. No problem too small to fix. Service with a smile, always.
