I will miss this place. I have had so many memories here with me and my friends. I am saddened they were forced to sell the property. We used to come here year after year. We'd save up our allowances, force our parents to sign the waivers, and take the long trip out there. It became a tradition for all of us. It was absolutely amazing. The staff was great. The facility was superb. The amount of fun we had was endless. You could never replace the community they built and experience value of what they created. It was truly a 'one of a kind' type of place.
Pretty good place if you're a first timer. There is the option for low impact and regular paintballs. They won't let regular and low impact on the fields together. Fields are a good size and their employees are pretty great. Will definitely be going here again.
I never write reviews but I feel this way very needed. This place is totally disorganized, unprofessional as hell, and dirty. The main field is saturated with paint and the artificial turf is falling apart. If you are totally new to paintball you won't pick up on the complete disregard for basic safety of the players but any who who knows the difference will be disgusted with how this place is being run. Only reason I'm not giving a one star is with my Groupon it was the cheap.
We had a lot fun but we spent so much time waiting. First we waited in a long line to to get on a list. After, we waited for our turn to get the paintballs, guns, and masks. Next we waited to actually have our turn. I heard someone say they were over booked, so that definitely didn't help. Still we had fun and might go back again.
This is the worst paintball facility I have ever been to!!! My girlfriend and I stood for almost 30 minutes after getting our gear and listening to the rules- while we were told to wait for "traditional" group to be called. It took some kid that didn't even work there to told the employees standing right next to us that we probably needed helped. The referee then took us out to the tables where they had previously neglected to tell us we were supposed to be waiting. On the way I expressed my frustration and told him some signs would help them be more organized. The little brat had the audacity to say "Maybe there was a communication problem but we are very organized." HOW ARE YOU ORGANIZED IF YOU DON'T COMMUNICATE??? Seriously?!? It took 2.5 hours to play three 10-minute games because they were so disorganized. And what a bunch of cheaters that go there! Nobody was admitting they were out when I shot them! Even in the face mask! Uughhhh so frustrating... I will NEVER GO BACK.... DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE--- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Went last a lot when it first opened. Its was incredible for indoor. One year later and it went down hill. The Staff and waiting area is still good. But these past few months it has been the field. Thats the problem. Do not maintain the turf. I don't know how long it has been since they last cleaned the turf or checked it because it been played on so much its coming off and concrete under neath is showing in some areas. Only identified when seeing people take a nast spill after a break during a game. Next, the cleaning, so much paint that has been accumulated i wonder how long will it take them to get to the point that it needs a cleaning. Its like dipping your hand in a paint can bad. yikes. Final issue is private games. the split the field into 2 fields. the throw open players which is like a 6 on 6 nothing to run to beside snake side. just open it all up and we will politely wait our turn CPX. All that aside great staff and i've noticed and met the new ones. They're great refs. Please don't be rude and pick up after done playing. They're good workers just get the field done guys and you're back like last year with positive reviews. Ill change my review completely around. I think cleaning it every once a week should be good if its a financial issue. spend money to make money. I know Ohare does it every night but they have drains under neath them for easy cleaning. Im sure you guys have some to being an factor building.
DO NOT COME HERE I'm trying to help u out. the staff is HORRIBLE. now this place is Horrible, I Graduated from 8th grade and was hoping to have a good day playing paintball at this location but, i Didn't . STAFF have horrible communication. They dont pay attention and theu dont know whats what. Paintballs are Over priced and also the Indoor feild smeels and is gross . They dont know how to clean and krep everything nice. I SEEN MOLD . Food is way to over priced .
The worst paintball place i have ever been to. Completely disorganized staff. Refs lazy not calling people that should be out. Most of people cheat. Long wait times. As a new to paintball person its the worst place you can end up with. NOT RECOMMENDED
Great activity for a group of friends, or people that you don't like very much but find yourself spending a lot of time with anyway. The staff has always taken good care of us and we always walk away with some good memories and filthy clothes.
Ick. I don't think anyone ever cleans anything here.....ever. I know its paintball but the floor is squishy, no soap in the dirty bathroom, dirty tables in the lounge area, refs that don't enforce the rules, and did I say dirty? Last time....Groupon or not this isn't worth it.
