I came here the other day for the first time. I was supposed to pick up my curbside order, but they did not have any curbside spots available. It took quite some time to get my order. It was supposed to be ready by 10:18am and by the time I left it was 10:48am. I had called to voice my concerns and I was mostly worried about the food being cold already. The manager came to the rescue and had already told me that my food was being remade and she brought out my vanilla latte.Everything was absolutely delicious and they could not have handled the situation better. Thank you to the staff and the manager that have helped me!
Our food was Excellent! Candy, our server was attentive, very Customer service oriented and provided All of our requested items per the menu in a timely manner allowed on a Sunday afternoon. I was very well pleased with the food & service provided by Ms Candy, our waitress. I was told she was a seasoned veteran server at Cracker Barrel as I complimented her skills exhibited. Thank You Candy for Great Service on a busy Sunday afternoon. Thumbs Up!
Food was good, had a kids menu. We had a party of 12 the waitress was wonderful keeping the glasses full and making sure that we needed anything more. Kid-friendliness: Had kids menu and a game on the table for them to play with. Outside they had a table and chairs with checkers for the kids to play with. Parking: Off of a side road to get to the parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible from the parking lot to the restaurant.
Our food was DELICIOUS!!! I always suggest the grilled chicken tenderloins Mac and cheese and hash brown casserole!! the server was not doing her job and that's my only complaint... Cracker barrels food is ALWAYS consistent which is a blessing Food: 5/5
I have enjoyed Cracker Barrel very much! Kelly, our young waitress was very, very sweet, and very attentive--my sister reached out to give ber a hug for the kindness and great service with a smile!! It was overall wonderful!! The previous waitress who remembered us, she too was very friendly as well!! The food was delicious!! Plus on our way out, 2 older ladies were just so sweet, I really enjoyed talking with everyone! Finally, we stopped out and saw a couple outside in the shade playing checkers!! Wow--that was a great accommodation!! To have checker--especially JUMBO SIZED ONES ON A LITTLE CHECKERBOARD TABLE--That is just overall the nicest thing they did there!! The couple too was very sweet, they looked like were having so much fun-me and mister stopped to chat with them!! It was an overall happy experience for us---young lady said she even remembered us from a previous location where we used to live---I personally was very happy about it all!!
Hello... Stopped in for breakfast. Wasn't very crowded. Placed our order... Imagine our waiter was new and had a little difficulty putting in what we wanted. All the food came at different times and most of it was cold. A few of the things we ordered we had to ask for again. Places nice. Place was clean. We don't eat here often but it was ok... It was nice to go early in the morning and enjoyed watch an elderly man rocking in the chairs out front.
My wife and I come here often. We split the grandma's sampler with all bacon. Coffee is great and their servers are always so nice. My wife loves to browse the store while we wait for our tableFood: 5/5
This is a great place for dinner. The atmosphere is very comfortable the attendance was very attentive. Unfortunately they no longer make the onion soup Food: 5/5
