Visited around 7:45 pm on a Thursday. Ordered roast beef, which was old and dry, even with the gravy. It was overly Chewy. I took it home. My dogs didn't mind that it dried out and chewy. I talked to the manager. I won't go back. They say the loss of customers is because people are cutting back on eating out. I say people aren't eating there because of poor quality control.
Had a nice dinner on a Saturday night. No wait but short-staffed. Allie took good care of us. We ordered the daily special for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely come back!Food: 5/5
Worst service I have ever experienced at a cracker barrel. Food was exactly as expected but "Chance" our server did not appear to be welcoming or approachable. Not pleasant or friendly at all. I will go back because I usually have a good customer experience when at Cracker Barrel however will make sure if Chance is working that I am not seated in his area...
Pickup order today 9/14/2023 @ 1:30pm I have always loved their dumplings. I always order the veggie plate with four sides of the dumplings and they have always been good. Today, however, whoever prepared the dumplings must have dropped the whole salt shaker into the pot. They were so salty that they were inedible. I even tried to rinse them off and add a splash of chicken broth on them but they are still extremely salty. Your person who prepared these needs to be talked to.
It is different experience. If you enjoy old fashioned, family oriented cooking, you will love the Cracker. The food was good, but expected the turkey meat to be of a real one not the Boars Head preproccessd kind of meat. I enjoyed the shop and the service was quick.
Visited the Bryant, Arkansas location on the morning of July 30, 2023 as we were traveling though. Was expecting a great breakfast. Instead, we were seated promptly, which is when the problem started. The longer we waited for service the more ants appeared on our table. We bought the attention of the server as she passed by. Told her we needed to change tables because of the ants. She told us to chose another table. We sat another 10 minutes and were never even asked for a beverage order. At that point we decided to leave. Cracker Barrel used to be our first choice when traveling. It has now become a stop of last resort.
Ordered online for pickup. They completely left off one of my sides, I found bones in my meatloaf, and the brocolli had only 2 good pieces on top. The rest was brown like it was old. Very disappointing! Too tired after a long day's drive to go back there, even though half of my meal is inedible and I was overcharged for the side I didn't get. Think twice before eating at this establishment!
Had breakfast here this morning. We were seated promptly and placed our orders fairly quickly. Kitchen seemed a bit slow for the number of people in the restaurant, but the food was hot when it was brought out. Things were OK, except I had to remind about an add on item, but it arrived promptly. Food was good and we enjoyed it, but were surprised the wait person never checked back on us till she brought the check to the table after we were finished. Other than those two small items, good visit.
Went for breakfast and we had a terrific server. The food arrived quickly and hot. Would recommend and I will go back.Food: 5/5
Very disappointing. Took 10 minutes to be approached once we were seated. No refills were offered. No instructions w/ the to-go special. Server seemed distracted. Asked 2x for apple butter. Got charged, but never received. Not happy at all.Food: 2/5
