Staff was friendly food came out great. However, they only serve one kind of cheese here and do not serve the hash browns without cheese in it. I love that they had jack and sally items!Food: 5/5
The food is definitely an addiction for me. It was so tasty and made me felt like this should be my home vibe. I really feel like this place can make you feel full filled and the portion size is decent and it's affordable with flavor and gives me that grandma good cooking taste. You cannot go wrong on country food it is endless to say. Try to stop by if you like. I ordered so many things that I didn't try.
A few days ago, I had my first Cracker Barrel experience at a CB in Virginia. and wasn't impressed with the food at all. We The flavor was bland, the greens were overly watery, the cornbread was dry, and the mac & cheese seemed like it came out of a microwave meal. Today however, I was pleased to have had a very different experience at the Cracker Barrel in Mt. Laurel, NJ. We ordered the exact same meal as before: the southern style fried chicken with greens & mac & cheese, fried okra, and the cheesecake stuffed pancake with scrambled eggs & cheese and spicy chicken sausage. The food was hot, and prepared well. I do wish they were a little more generous with the sides. The greens were good and not overly watery, the Mac & cheese was rich with the brown oven-baked bits in it, and the cornbread was delicious. The food looked appealing and the flavor was on point. Our waitress was friendly and the food came out quickly. Overall, I would be happy to visit this location again.
The actual food service was bad. They were apparently short handed which happens food took about 40 mins to get some pancakes and eggs. Food was tasty when it did arrive. Hope they can fix their staffing issues. Pancakes were super small compared to other Cracker Barrels around the country!! But gift shop had some good discounts.Food: 4/5
Normally a 3star joint, but today we had a great server and I am bumping it up a star. Other than that, it's cracker barrel and you know exactly what you're getting. The biscuits are great and the gravy is yummy. The chicken and French toast are good as well as all the other items. The place is always crowded and it's a fun adventure to wander through the chotchkie store.
We love Cracker barrel restaurants. We visited last Wed. night. Food was great & service. I did notice 3 of the kerosene globes were missing on our table & 2 next to ours. Loved when staff would come around & light them. We also missed the little peg games they used to have on tables. Please replace globes. & maybe peg games missing are missing because of covid?? Love the food & atmosphere otherwise.
Got a car side pick up order and found this hair cooked into the eggs when we got home to eat. We were so turned off to the rest of the meal and grossed out having already eaten the bacon that shared the container with these eggs.Food: 1/5
The food? Delicious. The atmosphere? Perfect. The service? Amazing. Barb took absolutely wonderful care of us. She made us feel like we were sitting down to a family dinner. If we're ever in the area again, we'll know to come back. Thanks again, Barb!Food: 5/5
It had been a very long time since we’ve been to Cracker Barrel Restaurant. Their famous country store and old-time-America vintage decorations makes the childhood memories flood my mind. It’s always a wonderful place to visit and/or eat. The food was as great as I remembered. Our waitress could’ve done a little better at remembering our ordered items and keeping our drinks filled, but she was nice. In all, it was a pleasant experience . . . Just like I remembered.
Stopped here after a 6 hr drive from Massachusetts. From start to finish it was very quick. Got seated immediately, got orders placed with a couple mins, and our food came out perfect and delicious within what felt like 5 mins. Great job staff.Food: 5/5
