We came in just before closing, which we try to avoid. We encountered the most friendly, upbeat and dedicated server. She just made you smile and feel very welcome. We grabbed breakfast items for our dinner meal and they were very tasty. We left the restaurant talking about how awesome our server was. Thank you!Food: 4/5
Got there when they opened at 7am.. Sam, our server was phenomenal. Took our order right away with a smile and greeted us. Made sure our coffee was topped off, too. Food came out in less than 7 minutes, hot. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5
Four stars for a great Cracker Barrel that tolerates overnight parking of RV's in their lot. I had arrived after they closed and then I departed in the morning before they opened so I didn't have a chance to get my usual Uncle Hershel's Breakfast hash brown casserole!. So I couldn't tell you about the food or the merchandise in the old country store but the wifi worked well and the parking space was level and other than some highway noise, it was pretty quiet. Parking: Overnight RV parking available here.
Friendly staff, they've got varieties of good affordable food, you don't have to wait for long for your food to be served,Food: 5/5
First time at this location.. Food was great and quantity was good as well.. I loved the antique look of the restaurant walls.Food: 4/5
Really changed for the not so good. You can tell they had to modify their services to weather the pandemic. My experience was located in Sharonville, OH. It was mid afternoon on a Friday when my mother and I arrived for lunch/dinner. It didn't seem busy, there were only 3 tables plus mine being served. You no longer have the jams and honey waiting for you at the table. When I asked for the above mentioned, my waitress brought out 2 jam perseveres, one for me and one for my mother, and a bottle of honey in a bear shaped bottle with a generic label stating "made in Massachusetts ", I believe was the state. My okra was cold, and the biscuits were literally out of a can and were stale/hard. We were constantly asking for the waitress for more coffee. They had some really cute things in their store though
The wait time from ordering to receiving our meal was ridiculous. The food was so cold, the gravy formed into one big lump, eggs were overcooked, and French toast was like cardboard. The chicken breast was the only good thing we had. The manager was very fair and didn't charge for the meal.Food: 1/5
My food today was disgusting. I ordered the new summer dish. The fried chicken supreme with a loaded baked potato and salad. I think the fryer oil needs changed. My chicken taste like old stale grease. The bacon on top was so crispy in was rock hard and gross. The baked potato was so over cooked it was to dry to even eat. The salad was good though. Employees were nice. Store was clean. If this wasn't a to go order I would have asked for something different. Complete waste of $21.00 the food at the gas station next door looked better than the food I had here tonight.
Eggs looked ugly, the biscuits were dry, and our waitress wasn't rude, but she also wasn't polite. We felt like we were a bother to her. On the positive side, the pancakes were amazing, and the staff on the store side were a joy to interact with.
I love cracker barrel honestly their food is simple. Their ham and bacon in the lunch are my favorite would definitely recommend someone who wants to go for a lunch or breakfast. It's just an awesome place to go alone or maybe for a breakfast date . The staff is so friendly and I love the sweetened ice tea here which is more of a southern style.
