Great service and great food.  I enhanced my pancakes,  they were better than any I've ever tasted. My son had the shrimp and made sure he told the staff how good it was.  He's only 9, but he's a foodie with excellent taste.

Great food and service. The pancakes and pancake syrup tasted phenomenal. The scrambled eggs were average.  The bacon tasted good was a good size and thickness but undercooked. Portions of all items are much smaller than they used to be. In fact, the ham in my sampler was a single 1/4" thick bite about the same diameter as my spoon. The hash brown casserole would have been perfect if it was warmer and not dried out as of it had been sitting under a warmer for a long time.

Always amazing! The fried chicken was a little dry today but don't let that drive you away! Cracker barrel is always delicious and never leaves you disappointed! The broccoli was steamed to perfection and the baked potatoes were on point! I would definitely return and recommend to everyone looking for a delicious meal.

The food was okay but it depends on what you order. I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly to order. My sister ordered chicken and dumplings and it looked like it had been made hours earlier. The presentation of the food on her plate looked like there was zero effort to make it look appetizing. My other sister ordered a BLT sandwich and it was difficult for her to eat the way it was prepared on her plate. The rest of my family had no complaints. Our waitress was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure our drinks were refilled quickly. In summary I would recommend ordering something that's made to order such as the steak. That's the only item on the menu that I think is worth trying. Other than that it is hit or miss with the food.

A very warm welcome from a lovely Host! Very kind, friendly, accommodating. Host deserves 5 stars! I gave 3 stars only bc of Host! Server was friendly, but never came back to check on me. Food- mediocre at best! Exception: The homemade lemonade is the best! I had the Gradmas Sampler with bacon only, usually comes with bacon, sausage, and ham, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, and your choice of hasbrown casserole or fried apples-Wow!  Eggs were overcooked and whites were like plastic see photo and cold within 30 seconds of being served. Couldn't eat most of eggs. Pancakes aren't cooked on bottom and cold Hashbrown Casserole was okay, but tasted of chemical? Bacon was decent. Idk it's been years since dining in a CB, but I think I prefer the smaller local places for breakfast. Plenty of parking, great location with grocery-Sprouts, Ross, TJ Maxx, and other shops and coffee.

We loved this place it was our go to comfort eat out spot as a family..... UNTIL...... this day. Our food tasted as if it sat in a warmer ALL DAY. Service was horrible. She attempted to charged me for a family size side and still gave me the bill not paying attention to what the bill actually looked like. I've served MANY of years in the food industry, you always want to make sure your customers bill is correct before print out and delivery. And we weren't the only table who had complaints about the horrible food that day. Couldn't even call it mediocre. Will not go back and I recommend trying somewhere else or a different time of day. We went between 5:00pm to 6:30pm or so.

I have never been to a cracker barrel until this visit last month in Prescott Valley. It was so good! You get so much food for the price. Lots of wait staff. Super clean. Fun to look around and see all the unique decorations.  Kid-friendliness: Fun place for kids! Mac n Cheese they will love!  Parking: Loads of parking  Wheelchair accessibility: The entire place is wheelchair accessible including the huge gift shop.  Dietary restrictions: Just tell your server what you want and they will accommodate you.

Tonight the dinner was amazing. I had their chicken tenders with 3 sides green beans, a salad with fresh lettuce, and fried apples! The portions size was abundant. Our server was fantastic!

Fun store. Friendly staff. Excellent service.
