Terrible!! We went on Monday morning and checked in gave our phone number, they said around 30 minutes, 50 minutes later we checked in she said we already called you, you must have not been paying attention, we never left the store and never got a text saying our table was ready. So after our rude hostess sat us in an almost empty dining room our order was taken fairly quickly, 30 minutes later our food came out, mine wasn't bad my wife's was very cold, pancakes, sausage and eggs, the pancakes and sausage had definitely been reheated, at some point then allowed to cool back down before they were served to us. Waitress never even checked to see how our food was. Cashier was very friendly. We never give one star reviews and this restaurant doesn't even deserve that high of a rating.
Super good food. The waiters are always nice. The food is always fresh, hot, and comes out quickly. Theres also always a variety of fun toys for the kids and alot of things to look at in the store side.
We had a horrible experience tonight. Things are in decline at this Cracker Barrel. The servers are not well trained. The dining room and the entrance to the kitchen is filthy. The bread was burned. They ran out of glasses. We were without drink refills for most of our meal....just not good.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
Went to eat in a restaurant for the first time since the pandemic started. Fully vaccinated and ready to eat. First place I wanted to go was Cracker Barrel. First of all I was asked if I wanted a drink. What? Alcohol at Cracker Barrel? Yes! I got a sangria and my girl got a mimosa. It was so nice before dinner. I got a chicken BLT and a bowl of chili. It was absolutely fantastic. Massive portions and great taste. Let's be real, Cracker Barrel never disappoints. Great food, great staff, and old time candy in the store. So happy we went there for our first time out. Two dinners and two drinks for $40.00 is awesome. We had a great time and had good food. Thank you Alcoa Cracker Barrel.
As always its a great place to eat. Breakfast was very good price was good . This chain is always been good. Please always tip at least 15% to your servers they take a lot of slack from people. Be real nice to them they have feelings too. Enjoy. Parking: About a 1.5 acre lot it does get crowded on the weekends bad Wheelchair accessibility: Should have no problem
The 2 stars are for the server only. She was kind and our issue was out of her control. We went in for dinner around 7pm. We tried to order 4 different things and kept being told sorry were out of that. 4 different things. I am sorry but how do you expect people to eat there if you are out of everything they can eat? Super disappointed, this isn't the first time this has happened recently. Like I said the server was great and I know she felt bad each time she had to come out and tell us that again they were out of something. There should be some sort of sandwich board at the front when you check in of the things you are out of so you don't waste peoples time 1. waiting to be seated 2. looking through the menu for 25 minutes and hoping they wont be out of it. DO BETTER!
My family loves Cracker Barrel. We have never gone and it be as bad as it was this evening. Asked MULTIPLE times for bread and refills. Steak had blood all over all the sides. My turkey was so tough it could barely be cut with a steak knife. Mashed potatoes and gravy were one congealed lump. Veggies were ice cold. Chicken and dumplings were inedible. This location has never before let us down and the staff is always very nice and food is always delicious. Hoping this is a one time thing.
While I was waiting for my order, I did some shopping. The lady on the sales floor was so helpful! She assisted me in finding other colors in the sweater I wanted for my wife. She even held the sweater at the register so nobody else bought that last size medium until I was done eating. The food was also really good.Food: 5/5
Cute gift shop area, clean store, restaurant and bathroom. Food was yummy Service was terrible though. Waited for awhile even after receiving our food, had to ask several times to get silverware. Refills on drinks were the same. I actually never did see the waitress after about halfway through our meal, I just wanted a water. There were several servers around, but this was what we experienced with ours
My mom and I want to this cracker barrel for Thanksgiving dinner. We ordered the turkey and dressing, my mom got something on her dinner plate that our server Julie J won't take off. We had to order a to go plate for my grandmother which was the fried turkey which they didn't have but it was on the menu Our server Julie didn't come and informed us that information when she informed another person that they didn't have it. After my mom and I ate our dinner and just as we got the check I ask the server "where is the to go order" she told me it was with the cashiers. I want to pay and get the to go order but I was told by the cashier that it was outside. I want outside to find the order, while I was doing that Julie told my mom that she would get it at the table. Also during that time my mom ask Julie to get the manger as my mom was looking for the order as well, but Julie ignore my mom. I came back inside to see that there was no order and no manger helping my mom finding the order. Julie finally came out with the wrong to go order, was very rude to us. My mom ask Julie about our pumpkin pies she told us " you didn't ask for one when you order." She turn to the table next to us asking if they want to have their pumpkin pies when they didn't order any. Julie was very rude to my mom and I through the whole ordeal. Julie walked into the kitchen to get the cold food. My mom also got sick after eating at this place. This store put out false advertisement for a product they don't have. They had tables open that people could have used. They don't deserve this one star, that's how I'm disappointed with the service.
