We stopped because I always like to visit a Cracker Barrel, unique gift items and food you can count on to be good. This visit I ordered the meatloaf lunch special & upgraded my side to salad. It is nice they offer to 4pm. My salad came 1st and had alot of core, not a lot of green lettuce. The tomatoes were tasty. When it arrived, it wasn't hot, but not cold either. The meatloaf had good flavor, I just wish it had been warmer. The buscuit was warm and tasty. My husband said his burger was good. And of course the gift shop had all kinds of beautiful things, candy and was very busy.
I usually only leave 5 star reviews or I don’t leave one. For the last year this Cracker Barrel has just struggled. The service is bad, food is always wrong or cold and just way under par. Last night I ordered a family meal to go. I got there to pick up and when I called they said I had to get out of my car and come in. Defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. Then I was told some of what I ordered they were out of. Then when checking my order I realized I was missing many things. No biscuits, no gravy, one of my sides, not the right amount of meatloaf, no butter, jam all things I specifically asked for. The manager was pretty much unapologetic and said I ordered too late in the evening and that an order for 5 people required a 6 hour notice. Had I been told that it was too late to place a pick up order for 5 people I would’ve eaten elsewhere and will from now on. I used to manage restaurants and now I work managing retail, but I’m leaving this review in hopes this location in my town gets turned around. 10/10 I know my service and food will be a disappointment if I eat there and I love Cracker Barrel. The Cracker Barrel in my town is just no longer worth going to and I hope this review reaches someone in corporate who will make changes.
The other day at the Cracker Barrel when the medium hamburger steak with fried apples on top was as good as the ones that I make at home. The Corn was the best I've tasted. The staff was so nice to us too. I will have fond memories of that for a long time ...... Dietary restrictions: Diabetic
I work at this particular store and it truly is just one big family! It's such a welcoming environment and everyone seems so upbeat and happy! We go above and beyond for our guests and know our regulars by name and by their order!! If you want to be a part of a family setting that had great food then come on out and we'll take care of ya!! Kid-friendliness: Checker boards and shopping in retail! Yummy food off the kid menus Parking: Plenty of room for parking!! Dietary restrictions: We have a gluten free menu and pay close attention to allergies.
We ordered on line. Southern Fried Chicken, loaded mashed potatoes, green beans. Added the seasonal corn on the cob. Also had the watermelon lemonade, peach cobbler and chocolate cake. They nailed it all. Amazingly delicious. Every last bite of every thing was fantastic. Thanks y'all!Food: 5/5

Arrived at 6:00 and we were seated quickly at a table, as it was not crowded. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, and the waitresses all passed us by on their way to other tables. Got up and left. No one said anything or acknowledged us in any way as we sat there, or as we were leaving.Service: 1/5
Server was great. Pancakes burnt. my grits were so slimy it looked like snot hanging from the fork. Went to go spread my butter around on my pancakes and there was a long dark piece of hair under the butter and got smeared across the pancakes. Coffee tasted like dirty water. Sausage patty was super dry and over cooked. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. My son needed to use the restroom and couldn’t because there was feces on the toilet seat. And a glob of wet toilet paper on the other toilet. I have been and ate at plenty of crackers barrels and this location was the absolute worst. I will never take my family back again!
We were this just today for lunch. Otdered meatloaf meal two side. Steak fries one of my sides. I got 7 steak fries . Meal was almost q 2.00 dollars. They were cold and such a small amount. Terrible terrible terrible would not go again Wheelchair accessibility: Good for seniors food not so good
Always my husband favorite restaurant chain... new dishes I like to try. Sometimes food might not be as hot as would like to be. Nice shopping selections for unique items too.
