What I love about Cracker Barrel, you can never go wrong. At any location you get the same great food, service and the unique atmosphere of each location. What stood out at this location was the great service by Nichole Briggs she was friendly, engaging, and always checked during the breakfast. Couldn’t be more satisfied, try the new steak casserole, it’s phenomenal. Vegetarian options: Beyond meat and many other options Dietary restrictions: They offer a range of accommodations Parking: Great location and ample parking space
This place its awesome! Excellent food, the best pancakes and chicken, so flavorful and delicious. The service its great and great prices. The store also have a great variety of merchandise and clothing with good quality and prices. One of my favorite places to eat!Food: 5/5

One of my top 5 worst meals of all time. I had the Biscuit Benny and my wife had the breakfast sandwich. The hollandaise sauce was cold and broke and gritty. The ham was dried out and and very salty. The hash browns were cold, practically raw and gummy. One fruit was brown and warm. Didn't get a chance to discuss this with the Server as she brought the check right after she brought out the food and we didn't see her again.
The food was delicious. There was some confusion when the food was bought out. The Server who took our order didn't serve us, so 2 others were confused who ordered what.The chicken sausage was too spicy . Please consider turkey sausage and please not spicy. I can not eat spicy food! Other than those 2 issues, it was very good!Food: 3/5
The cracker barrel has fantastic food don't get me wrong, but the service and experience were sub-par. Partially because there was a huge rush and their systems were acting up, but that's no excuse to wait a half hour in line to checkout. Staff didn't really seem to know how to cope under pressure and just resorted to being sluggish. Food was great though.
Always one of my favorite stops when traveling. You can always count on good food. It may take a tad longer because it's all cooked to order. Love the biscuits and cornbread. Breakfast is always a winner here. Lunch and dinner options are good also. Great and unique items can be found in the gift shop. Something for everyone, clothing for all, toys, food items and a wonderful selection of seasonal items.
On yesterday after attending a funeral the family chose to eat together at Cracker Barrel A family favorite. Because we had a large group of 20, we called an hour ahead. We were told that we would be accommodated. When we arrived, we checked in. The customer service rep told us it would be 40 minutes before we were served. We all agreed that time was reasonable considering the size of our party. 30 minutes later we went in to make sure we were still on track to be seated in 15 to 20 additional minutes. The customer service rep then told us that one of the grills was down and that she did not have enough servers to accommodate us at all. I understand things happen. I only wish that she had been courteous enough to provide that information when we checked in or during the time we were sitting in the rocking chairs in the front of the store. We moved our party to another restaurant, thankfully they went out of their way to accommodate us and graciously accepted our $600 payment for food and service.
Stopped and had brunch with mom. The food was great, but I wish they offered half portions at a lower price. We both took home at least half our meal. Dietary restrictions: I loved that they offered plant based breakfast sausage patty , so I could enjoy the flavor without becoming ill .
We have always enjoyed the charm and homey feeling cracker barrel offers. Service is always courteous, knowledgeable, and provide top notch service. The menu has all the classics but offers some new, fun dishes each season. A must do is take a nostalgic trip to the country shop you pass through on arrival. Great gift ideas and amazing hard to find treats! Dietary restrictions: I have food allergies and they were so accommodating! I felt so safe i could enjoy my meal Parking: Always a ton of choices. Always packed but parking space mimics the space capacity because it's always full but never unavailable Kid-friendliness: Cute mind puzzles and a kids activity book provides indoor fun. Outside take time to play a game of checkers on the large checker board. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily got my mom and her walker in but could have used her wheelchair if needed. While we were there a lady cam in with a wheelchair and the tables were perfect height to stay in her chair and gave her room to sit comfortably next to another guest.
