Went to lunch here and ate a bit later in the afternoon around 2:15 pm on a Monday. We were seated very promptly and there were not very many people eating at the time. Our waitress did a great job and our food came out within 10-15 minutes of putting in our order. The mid-afternoon is a great time of day to come to avoid long lines and wait times. Our food was delicious and we would have ordered dessert but we were too full. Their country fried steak and hash brown casserole along with the corn muffins and biscuits are always fantastic. They have some of the best peach tea as well. Lots of great items in the gift shop. Would definitely come back again! Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu. Parking: There is a very good sized parking lot with lots of parking spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
Visiting Branson to meet up with friends from California and we wanted to take them to Cracker Barrel so they could experience the entire vibe that is CB. They have lots of Halloween decorations out and I had a heck of a time pulling our friends out of that amazing gift shop! We had a cheeseburger, I had a fried chicken salad and our friends shared fried catfish, fries and sides plate. Of course, their famous hash brown casserole was delicious and they loved the mac and cheese. The best part of the visit was our server, Christy. Friendly, professional, she checked on us without being intrusive, refilled our drinks without us having to ask her and brought us boxes as well. I know these can be hard times to find good servers, but Miss Christy has to be one of the best who has ever helped us. Our friends loved the lunch and our server, they kept asking us "Is this heaven?" And I kept repeating "No friends, not heaven, just Missouri!" Fried cheese curds-A+++ Fried pickles B++ Chicken fried salad B Cheeseburger and steak fries A++ Catfish, hushpuppies, fries. shrimp B Parking: Lots of space, not too many for the disabled.
We’ve been to Cracker Barrel restaurants all over the USA but this one was exceptional. We got right in - no waiting, and our waitress was excellent. Good was also good!
The service was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was delivered quickly. The side salad was delivered as an appetizer instead of with the entrees as requested, and the "no tomato or cucumbers" request was overlooked. Water glass refills were offered but a pitcher wasn't brought around. The food was tasty and filled us all up!
We came to Cracker Barrel to experience the great service and delicious food we've been used to. Unfortunately, this visit, we got neither. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table, which is not unusual. We were seated and took a few minutes to decide what we wanted to order. My wife waited for the server to come take our drink orders while I took the kids to go play checkers. I won a decided victory against our nine year old, which took about 20 minutes. We were about to start another game when I looked over at my wife, hoping that she would signal me that it was time to eat. To my chagrin, she indicated that we were leaving. She told me that no one had even been over to our table since the hostess seated us. She tried to talk to a manger and got platitudes. Unfortunately, we have noticed that service at this particular Cracker Barrel has been sliding downhill lately. This was just the icing on the cake. I doubt we'll be back to this location again .
Most beautiful and quiet CB we’ve ever been to. So grateful to have a place to park while we enjoy the best comfort food in the US!
They were really busy, but not for lack of tables, but lack of staff, according to our waitress, who did an amazing job. I ordered the Bacon and Egg Hashbrown Casserole and it’s the best item on the menu that I’ve ever had. 10/10 would order again. Otherwise, the food was great, and the drinks were kept full. We had to wait for our table but it’s not bad while meandering around the gift shop.
Food was average. They refuse all substitutions/additions even if willing to pay an up-charge and then became rude when I said I had ordered it that way at several other Cracker Barrel restaurants and had never had an issue. She said “we are not supposed to do that and I am going to report that.”Recommended dishesPecan Pancakes
Me and my husband had the best experience ever all thanks to our server Richard! We had a long day of work and decided to grab a quick bite to eat before heading home and Richard just made our night! He said it’s only his second day of working but you’d think he’s been working there for years! That man deserves a raise! We didn’t even have to lift a finger to ask for a drink refill he will be there with a new cup ready to take your old one. Because of him, we shall return! Thank you Richard
Usually it a great place with a nice atmosphere and delicious food but sometimes you will encounter a server that absolutely does not care and don't even do the care minimum like Tristan on 06.09.23 at 7-830 pm.Food: 5/5
