The last we ate here, the service and food weren't that great, but we decided to make the long drive to give it another go, and we are so glad we did! Everything was delicious although we did send our tea back because it tasted like brown water. Let it steep longer next time. , and Miss Ariel was an AMAZING waitress! She was attentive, but not overbearing, and SO sweet! She is a great asset to the company.
Update: HusBae wanted Cracker Barrel so we went for brunch. Our waiter Luke was very attentive. Our food came out in a timely manner. We enjoyed every bite...... Wait staff could have been a lot better. Food was not that great either.
We had a predictable good experience here. We always order breakfast and it was delicious.Food: 5/5
Whatever happened to breakfast? Ordered a simple 2 eggs bacon hash browns with toast and asked for an extra egg. Simple right? They charge me for 3 side eggs at 5.78, side of hash browns and side of bacon all coming to 12.78. my son got kids mini pancakes and we got a coffee and chocolate milk. All for 26.00 plus tax. Eggs were extremely small. Hash browns fit in the palm of my hand and I sport small hands. They forgot one of my pieces of bacon and forgot the toast. They were nice and didn't charge for toast. 30 years ago Cracker Barrel was awesome. Totally gone down hill since. Travel a lot in past number of years and only one Cracker Barrel has received a 5 star. Most have received 1 star and this place a 2 star. Think I will now give up on Cracker Barrel.
I did a curbside and check in at the time they said my food was ready. I waited in the curbside parking for 25mins. The big and tall color lady manager rudely told me on the phone she was bringing me my food but never bought it out to curbside. I guess she forgot I was out there. I ended up going inside and noticed the food got cold and demand a refund. I have yet to receive a refund it's been 7 days and I will be seeking legal action.
Everything was below average here. We've had food better than this at other Cracker Barrels. It was just not good quality. & the service was not good either. Things were forgotten on our order, waitress didn't keep up with our refills, & we had to keep reminding her of things. Would not recommend going to this cracker barrell.Food: 2/5
Richard K was an excellent server that we had tonight. Very patient and understanding of our large party. He was quick and efficient but still had nice things to say when he could talk.
If you want good food and great service, this is the place. I like the variety and the attentive employees. They took away the raspberry lemonade. The pancakes are perfect. The hamburger steak is amazing. You can have turkey, pork sausage or bacon.. I only get the turkey bacon. There is old school candy. Trinkets, and clothing, things you don't see everyday, this is a Southern Gem. If you stay here or passing through stop
Service sucked the menu is horrible and there worker had no manors and rude attitudes there nothing but idiots who don't need the job I will never go back again. The store part was the only good half minus there manors of service.
I love this place , it has everything that I like in breakfast to lunch & dinner.!! Yall must come by an injoy their delicious food.!!! THE BLUEBERRY PANCAKE DELICIOUS THE BISCUITS & GRAVY DELICIOUS THE HAMBURGER STEAK DELICIOUS EGGS & A FRUIT BOWL.
