Stopped here to have breakfast while passing through on a trip. The food was excellent and the service was among the best I’ve ever experienced. I always enjoy Cracker Barrel but this location is a stand out among the others.Food: 5/5
Just checked out. And felt compelled to share my experience. Cracker Barrel has historically set the bar in service, quality and experience. But unfortunately, the past few years it seems that they have lowered those standards. On this visit, I had fried chicken that was over breaded, but fresh and my wife and daughter did not have any issues either. Our server was attentive and did a fine job of taking care of us. I was a bit put back by the single napkin per person that is provided by the host. I guess napkins are a major cost area?? However, the real issue is in the attached picture which shows the condition of the floor next to our table. Every server, the busser, the host, and the asst. manager all just walked over this mess without noticing. I was disgusted. I let the retail clerk know about it at checkout and she did ask if I wanted to talk to a manager, in a very lackluster way. When I let her know that the manager had walked over it multiple times and didn’t seem to care, she just said, “Oh, OK.” No where near the standard previously held for that position or for the appearance of the restaurant. I’ll go back, but not anytime soon. It is just disappointing to see such a decline.
Yesterday we went here for dinner and was disappointed! Ordered soup beans and there was a plastic tag IN our bowl of beans!!!! Then the cinnamon apples we ordered looked good ate a few apples and then noticed at the bottom they mixed their hash browns and apples together!!!!!!! Gross! And the chicken tenders where very dry! We probably won't ever be back here for dinner! But the only reason for the 2 stars is because their breakfast is always phenomenal!

Our server,Jordyn,was very attentive and friendly. The maple glazed chicken was excellent and my husband's pancake breakfast was delicious. Cashier was very nice and told me about going online for the survey. Thank you for a pleasant afternoon.Food: 5/5

Very disappointed with the Cracker Barrel chain. It used to be our go to breakfast place. Since the menu changed now instead of getting "all the fixins" with your breakfast, you have to choose 1 item. Yesterday at our local CB we ordered our breakfast around 830am and both of us chose hash brown casserole as our side. The waitress came back and said they didn't have any that their truck just arrived and it might be available in 30 to 45 minutes. That's one of the most requested sides...very disappointing. But with limited sit down places offering breakfast we continue to go there
I just don't think the food is as good as it used to be. It took a long time to get our meal this time than normal. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel though.Food: 3/5
If you’ve ever been to a Cracker Barrel, you know what to expect. They are reliable, and all serve very similar food in a very similar environment. There are not a lot of choices in that area, and we were glad to have something quick. I had the veggie platter, which was a great way to get veggies while on the road.Food: 3/5
Allison was my waitress she really nice I’ve never got a bad one coming to this food chain but she just put off a very welcoming feel and I wanna add the guy picking up the tables is really on his job Kid-friendliness: She was super sweet to my kid, kept smiling at him and talking to him making cute faces at him she was awesome
