Absolutely delicious. The best rainbow trout that I've ever had. Everything was perfect. I had quit going to CB a long time ago, due to quality decreased. Either they improved greatly as a company, or at least this location is perfect. I'll definitely return to this location.Food: 5/5
Food is soooo good the atmosphere is very nice and the scents from the candles are amazing. Has a very country like atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and the wait time was not bad at all.Food: 5/5
We used to eat at Cracker Barrel quite often 25 yrs ago. Wow, has it changed: the extended menu now includes an array of alcoholic beverages and $5 take home plates. My husband ordered the country ham, grits and hash brown casserole. He trimmed a lot of fat off the ham but was otherwise very happy with his meal. I had the rainbow trout, greens & hashbrown casserole. The fish was very good, though the portion was small. The hashbrown casserole wasn't as hot or flavorful as I'd remembered. It felt like we caught the restaurant at an off time, as it took a while to be seated, and we had to wait for water refills. Tables near us took a long time to get cleared as well. Almost all the staff looked very young, so perhaps there's been a recent turnover & they are in training. We paid with egift cards, which took a while. The young cashier learned the process along with us and remained both patient & pleasant. We plan to return. Vegetarian options: It's difficult to get truly vegetarian dishes, as the country veggies are often flavored with bits of ham.
I ordered curbside and was given the time of 2:29pm for the order to be ready. I'm there at 2:38pm and advised them of my arrival...by 2:45pm I'm calling for a status check. The person told me it was being packaged, i wait and wait...still no food so I go inside at 2:51pm and my food is just sitting there on the shelf! I'm like, my food is ready and no one brought it out!? The guy jusr hands me my bag like everything was okay! On top of that, I asked for silverware and napkins...none was included in the bag although its clearly checked off that someone did a quality check on my order! We were not eating at home so we definitely needed silverware! I gave it three stars because at least the food was good.
If I could put no stars then I definitely would. For starters the biscuits were hard as hocky pucks. NONE of our food had any seasoning at all. My husband had the hamburger steak and it tasted like a plain hamburger patty. I had the chicken and dumplings which was also bland. My salad looked like someone had cut a head of lettuce into about 6 pieces and threw it in a bowl. The photo I took is after I had already cut it up some. Needless to say, we will not be back. I remember why it's been a long time since we've been to this location now.
It took a while for the waitress to come and take our order. Besides the wait, the food and atmosphere were good . Kid-friendliness: Kids would like the atmosphere
My family and I have been going to this Cracker Barrel for well over 10 years probably closer to 20, but I can't remember how long this restaurant has been open. You'll need to be patient with some servers as you can tell it may be their first time, the attitude of most servers at this Cracker Barrel has been very friendly and pleasant. Many are really good. Management has always been a pleasure, and the retail folks are always warm and welcoming. The store atmosphere is always fun, and my family does do a lot of gift shopping there. This Cracker Barrel is the one we frequent the most. The food quality has always been great. If you want that southern downhome feeling away from home, this is definitely one spot. Dietary restrictions: This Cracker Barrel has always did their best to work with my dietary restrictions with the utmost respect and care. Parking: Only on Sunday mornings/afternoons and certain holidays will parking be tough as it is as most restaurants. Otherwise, you'll always find parking here. Kid-friendliness: It's been a while since we had little ones to bring here, but when we did, Cracker Barrel was one of their favorites. What kid doesn't love mac-n-cheese? There are plenty of other food options for the kids, and be prepared for all the toys and candy on the retail side. Mom and Dad, better bring a little extra for the kids . . . and a little more for you to buy your fun stuff, too. Wheelchair accessibility: When my parents were elderly, the wheelchair access ramp was very helpful. Even better is the proximity of the disabled parking to the front door of the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.
I am not to sure if I walked in after rush hour but it was 2:05pm . The tables were messy and it was dead . There was no host . I waited for 15 mins to get seated. The server was new didn’t get refill on drinks and the serve forgot to mention that there were some items already sold out before placing my order . No strawberry jam, no hashbrowns. In order fired chicken and okra and mash potatoes. I got Mac and cheese and mash potatoes. My chicken was under cook . Saw pink inside and my mash potatoes was hard as heck . It felt like it was mash potatoes from the am .
First time here and we were disappointed. The service was pretty good our waitress was always nice and attentive. The food on the other hand lacked certain flavor and also good portion on plate. The portion of food we received didn't match the price we pay for it and also there is additional charge for juice refills during breakfast. We won't be coming back to this establishment for breakfast.
The food was good. It took a little longer than expected for it to get to the table. And when it did get to the table the pancakes were definitely not hot. Unfortunately this time around the prices were definitely not worth it. However I guess you're paying for the atmosphere.Food: 3/5
