Absolutely loved the place. Beautifully decorated with antiques and has a great atmosphere. The seating arrangements are gorgeous. The staffs and waiters are friendly and will help you out in every way. The food is great. Prices are reasonable.
Food was wonderful and our waiter was very nice. I had the maple bacon chicken! Delicious !! Plus the store had candy I havent seen since I was a kid Kid-friendliness: It's where u can take the whole family
The food was delicious. Our server was also very friendly, her name was Misty. A person sitting near to us had an incident, and our server, who was standing nearby at the moment, immediately helped. Anyway, the atmosphere was nice, and our meal was great. Kid-friendliness: They have kids' menus
Was looking for the place to drop in with three generations of family and this was the spot. Not too busy at 7:00 on New Years Eve to get great service and a short wait time. Looking for something different I ordered the trout and was well please. And from the pics you can see we went the round of burgers, breakfast and hot chocolate. Very happy, will be here again and will ask if Kathryn is available.
The food was delicious! The waitress was attentive.good atmosphere except it was a little chilly. I recommend the cheesy bacon ranch chicken and the cheesecake stuffed pancakes!!Food: 5/5
It started off horrible we waited 20 minutes before we could even be noticed but one waitress went out over way to serve us she was serving on the other side of the restaurant she brought us hot fresh biscuits while we waited for our food and our food was the reason why we go to Cracker Barrel when it's good it's great but nowadays it's hard to get a good meal but our waitress hustled what a difference when you get a server that cares about the customers needs, sorry no photos of meal I was starving
What has happened here? Seems like portions have been cut down again. This is disappointing for a restaurant that had a chance of staying a people’s favorite. Instead it shows they care more about the bottom dollar. I think Cracker Barrel is on it’s way out. Management requested more details. The size of the biscuits were about 1/2 the size they normally have been. Love Chicken and dumplings. It has now become a bowl of dumpling, wit a few very small pieces of chicken. Very disappointed. Service is great. There is nothing they can do regarding the portion or new servings.

Horrible!! I was visiting my mother and father. I traveled from Chicago, Illinois. We usually LOVE Cracker barrel. When we arrived, the lady at the front was working with another customer. She stopped to great my father, and I. Called for our take out order. We waited at the front desk for about seven minutes. At that time, my father needed to sit down. We sat at the bench at the host station. During the walk to the bench, as well as sitting on the bench, we were asked if we could be helped multiple times by a manager two times and another associate once. Finally after we have been sitting on the bench for 25 minutes. We asked again about our order. We were told they were just putting the corn muffins in a bag. Heard that one a couple of times ago. Finally, after approximately 32 minutes, not that we were keeping time. We received our order and left the restaurant. My father stopped at the car to check the order. I noticed the gravy for my chicken fried steak was not in the bag. I went back in and let the manager know...the said "one minute, I'll get that for you." While waiting for that, I looked at the receipt. I remembered looking in the bag with my father and not seeing any salad with blue cheese dressing. I then asked the manager about the salad not in the bag, and the receipt states the salad, WITH BLUE CHEESE. " She replied, "I don't believe we have blue cheese dressing." So now, if I added that we originally placed our order from home, online. We made one stop before arriving at Cracker Barrel. I finally received the salad, with blue cheese dressing. Total waiting time, at the restaurant for 58 minutes. This is completely unexceptable! We should not have been charged... not one time. Did anyone at least apologize.
We arrived and put our name in. They said it was a 25 minute wait but we only waited about ten minutes. We placed our order quickly and there were only 2 of us. We waited on our food for 40 minutes and our waitress never once came over to us. She came by a nearby table and we couldn’t get her attention to check on the status of our food or the appetizer we ordered. We walked out.
