Jayvien was absolutely amazing server you really get it out of the park. He helped us with a needs around gluten-free and dairy-free for kids. The food was pretty good and the price was definitely very reasonable. Their gift shop is actually not too bad and the decor around the restaurant was over-the-top good. Oh and don't forget to try the cheesecake stuffed pancakes with strawberries on top.
We had a group of 8 on a Sunday morning ~11am. We only had a small wait of around 10 minutes for a table. Staff was very friendly. Food arrived pretty quickly and tasted great! I had Grandma's sampler with french toast, scrambled eggs, and hashbrown casserole.Food: 5/5

There are very few quality restaurants in the Dells. This is made even worse now that the peak season is over. It was total luck that we saw the sign from the main road in town. We have never been to a Cracker Barrel. A gift and craft store greets you when entering the restaurant. We were greeted and immediately led to a nice table. We ordered French toast iced coffees while checking out the menus. My wife ordered a breakfast combination of all the usual. I choose a combination of their house specialties. There was no shortage of food. We both ended up with a box for later. If your looking for a budget meal, this isn't where to go. However, I feel we got a great meal and service for our money. We highly recommend this location.
We got seated right away, even though we had a group of 16. The waitress did an amazing job with all the orders and split checks. I can't say enough about how good her service was, especially in today's industry where you just don't get that GREAT service all that often anymore. Food came out quick and was really good!Food: 5/5
Went in got seated fast. It was busy but not super busy. Waitress came she was nice. Took a while to drinks. Took longer to get food. After food came it took even longer get silverware. We like cracker barrel but this was the last time we will be going. Food was blah.Food: 2/5

Cracker Barrel has a very welcome atmosphere. The server was nice and approachable. With us being a family of seven we didn't have to wait long at all to be seated. The food was amazing and flavorful. It's definitely the next best thing compared to a home cooked meal.Food: 4/5
