Came here recently for an early dinner—surprisingly there was no wait and we got a table for 5 right away! Food was okay. I ordered the Grilled Sirloin Steak medium but it came out rare, so they had to re-do my steak—I had to wait a while and ended up eating after the rest of my party was done. Taste wise, the food was good, well flavored and relatively big portions. The Loaded Baked Potato, Corn and Mashed Potatoes were all decent. We had asked for the biscuits and butter that came with our entrees but it never came out—the server finally brought it out towards the end of the meal.
I love Cracker Barrel chicken and dumplings. Everything was delicious. My friend had the chicken gingers. She said they were crispy and delicious and the dill ranch dipping sauce was phenomenal. If you love southern food, I definitely recommend. They also have the best gift shop!!Food: 5/5
We had a lot of fun eating here, we liked the food. My kids and I weren't fond of the infamous gravy but everything else was good. The service staff was amazing, they explained everything we asked, were friendly, and very observational. The table side game was instantly putting the kids with something to do, even the teens.Food: 4/5
Breakfast was horrific. Moderately busy. Terrible food, terrible service. Manager needs to be re-trained or find different employment in another field. She acted as if she couldn't be bothered and acted as if it was my fault the food was garbage. Then kept me waiting for a check. Never again. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to the Bluebird Diner instead. Now I'm enjoying a fresh breakfast with attentive staff.

This place is our go to for breakfast. We absolutely think Lauren is the best server as far as we are concerned. She is very friendly, attentive, and always has a smile on her face. She really makes you feel welcome. I could see her excelling as a manager there if she wanted. She recently told us she’s going to college for an LPN. There’s no doubt she will be a top Nurse too! The service and atmosphere was great! I ordered the steak and grilled chicken but when I got the plate. I was a little disappointed because there were only two small chicken tenders, but they were delicious. Then I ordered a peach cobbler with the ice cream and the peach cobbler was barely warm, and they only gave me maybe a tablespoon of ice cream. I remember when I used to get a full scoop.
Order breakfast, I had to remind the waitress several times if she could bring the rest of my breakfast. Gravy and Biscuit and toast, plus a refill on soda, never got any. Finally, after everyone was done eating, I just told her to forget the rest of my breakfast, which was not that crowded. Even though service was the worst, I felt compelled to leave a tip. But this location will never get a dime from me again. She spent more time leaning against the wall, chatting, then providing good service. Dave
The quality of the food has really changed. Dry overcooked everything. Salad dressing was sour and our server was not able to anticipate any needs. Drinks went dry over and over. Just an unfortunate visit.Food: 1/5
Not a bad spot to stop off. Just like any other Cracker Barrel. I think this particular one needs some improvement with their customer service as their staff wasn’t extremely attentive during our meal here. Additionally, our order was incorrect and had to be corrected.
