I had French toast with eggs and chicken sausage. The meal was good. The sausage is either over cooked or under cooked... I cant never get it right. Waitress Hope was amazing! Great staff and great atmosphere we enjoyed our time there.
It's always fun to go to Cracker Barrel. Friendly employees, good food, and neat atmosphere. We're weren't happy with the country fried steak, a bit gritty, but everything else was delicious. Love, love, love the store which is now displayed by themes like beach, flowers, etc. The nicest ladies work there. We'll be back for sure!
Always nice to go to a Cracker Barrel during a long car ride. Stopped by for a quick lunch. The food was great and so was the service. Highly recommended.
Drove up and saw it was busy and since we took my service dog Cesar on a hike and hungry. I came in before to ask if he'd be allowed and the staff was more than welcoming. Food, service was excellent. I get teased about getting the same thing all the time but like what I like.Food: 5/5
The food was great at a decent price. My wife had the honey fried chicken and said it was very good. My daughter had the 1/2 pound hamburger steak and I had the rainbow trout. They were really busy on Saturday evening. The food has always been good at Cracker Barrell.
Food is pretty good. Atmosphere is great as always. My main issue is the poor service this time around. We had no silverware until a few minutes after our meal was delivered despite asking multiple times. Our server was frequently absent. Service could improve here.Food: 4/5
This place, at least The Front Royal, Va store is just straight up garbage. I had a comp card to use because my previous service was so bad. This time, my husband and I went, I was alone the 1st time. He got a Benedict bowl, he finished half of it. I got what I always get grandmas sampler. The French toast wasn't done. My eggs and my hash brown casserole we're both cold. The first time I go to a place and I complain if I have bad service, like here, where I sat for 30 minutes without being served before speaking to a manager and walking out, if I give it a second chance and the second chance also sucks, I'm not gonna acknowledge it to the management. I'll just write my little review on Google and I will never give them my money again. I have never had such bad service as I have any Cracker Barrel than front royal Virginia. And that's all I have to say about that.
Take out couldn't have taken ten minutes. Food hot, very good, nice portions. Staff friendly and courteous. I'll be back again!Food: 5/5
My daughter and I stopped at this Cracker Barrel location on a road trip. The food, decor, and merchandise was what I expect from all locations. The food was good. We love their dumplings and variety of vegetables sides to choose from. The reason for the 4 stars was for the service from our server. She was very low energy and acted like she really didn't want to be there. Otherwise it was a fine experience.
Best fried catfish, best hush puppies anywhere, great southern green beans and turnip greens with turkey. They also have peach mimosas now. Service is always terrific here. Never had a bad meal here in many years!!! All Cracker Barrels should be this good! Parking: Parking all around the store. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of handicapped parking places
