Dr. Imad Khadir is great, attentive and willing to take time with his patients. He's been my primary for years, his Nurses are just as caring and attentive as he is.

Registration is very efficient; Samantha is kind taking my vitals; Brea, Dr Bowen's nurse is very caring and Dr Stephen Bowen was knowledgeable, very through and shows real concern. Everyone seemed to be exceptional individuals.

Took my mom to see Dr. Laura....Front desk staff was friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. We sat in sub waiting for almost 2 hours before being moved to a room. Once there the wait wasn't that bad before Dr. Laura came in to see her. She was attentive and answered every question and concern that we had. She sat down and looked my mom in her face before beginning her evaluation; she didn't rush off but took her time. We then went to the lab and were in and out from that point. Charity is great as well; they promptly call and answer any questions you have. The only reason they get this rating was the super long wait time with no explanation; otherwise they would have gotten a 5.

The staff is amazing!! The whole staff goes above and beyond for their patients.

Dr. Khdair is by far one of the best doctors ive ever seen his nurses are also very caring and make you feel like family. However, the office staff are some of the rudest people ive ever encountered especially those responsible for answering calls and scheduling appointments. If it werent for doctor khdair and his nurses i would give this facility 1 star.

I have been seeing dr khdair for about 4 years. I recently moved from sylacauga. I refuse to change drs. I will make the hour drive to see him. I have seen alot of drs and he is the best. He cares about his patients. He listens to what I have to say. Amy is also great. I can call her with any concern I have.

If I could give a no star I would. This is the worst Doctors office iv ever been to in 27 years. They are very rude and don't give two craps about their patience. If you call for any of your health information they want tell you anything they are very disrespectful and unprofessional. Please if you want a good Doctor don't use this office.

Worst doctors office I've ever been to,went to see dr.aldaher,waited for 3 hours in the waiting room, when I finally got to see him he was rude and just tried to rush me out,all these people want is your co pay and your insurance info then there done with you.they could care less about actually helping you with whatever problem you are having, straight up rip off

I don't know about the rest of Craddock Health Center but the Lab workers are awesome one stick and you're done props to them

It is ridiculous to have to sit and wait for 2 hours to see the doctor. What is the purpose of an appointment if the Dr. doesn't adhere to it?
