Mike is extremely customer friendly. Replaced the garage door spring while providing easily understood explanations about the installation. Checked both garage doors for proper operation and provided guidance for their annual maintenance. Couldn’t be happier with the final result.
Mike and Mike were amazing! They were on time and efficient with our install. They even took the time to educate us on our new garage opener. Both of them are hilarious and had me laughing during the whole time they were here. You can tell they are really passionate about what they do. I would definitely use Sears Garage Solutions again.
Mike was beyond amazing. The day I contacted the company my consult was scheduled. The day after my consult Mike came out and fixed everything in under an hour. The price was very reasonable and Mike was very informative of everything he was doing and he went above and beyond showing me things about my garage I never knew! So thankful to him.
What fantastic service, I am a do it yourself guy so I rarely hire out work but I really wanted to get a quality product for the safety and security of my family. Mike Melatti provided excellent customer service when he visited my home to fix my garage door. Mike fixed both my garage doors, reset my clickers, changed the batteries in my clicker, greased and lubricated the doors, changed the mother board, changed the light bulb on one of my garage doors and removed a wasps nest behind my garage door that I did not know existed for under $400. Thanks Mike for a great job.
