Dr. Fisher has been my doctor since I was a teenager. He is awesome.
I called to make a new patient appt and mentioned I saw Dr. Fisher in the past one time in 2012 for a one-off appointment while my primary care doctor was unavailable and really liked him. The nice receptionist on the phone took down my information said she would call me back after trying to locate my chart and go from there with booking an appointment. She called me back and to my surprise, after the receptionist spoke with the Office Manager, she said Dr. Fishers policy was once you see him as your primary care and then leave and see someone else, you’re not welcomed back! I’ve never heard anything like this before from a doctor. I saw him one time, 11 years ago for a simple appt, I’ve never made him my primary care for this appt either. If this is the policy of this practice that is very sad and unethical. I’ve never heard of refusing to accept or see a patient due to “seeing another doctor” especially 11 years ago.
I have been seeing Dr Fisher for years. He is knowledgeable, kind and easy to talk to. After getting a bad experience with doctors at Kaiser Permanente, my visit to him was game changing. He is wonderful!

Fantastic doctor! He has been my Primary Care doctor for many years. Friendly, very personable, Takes time to explain or discuss any questions. Highly recommend Dr Fisher.
Dr. Fisher is wonderful. He takes the time to talk to you and get to know you as a person rather than just hearing enough to try and diagnose. His bedside manner is worth my 45 minute drive Glen Burnie.

Dr. Fisher has taken care of me and the kids for years. Moved to Fl and I miss him. He still takes care of my boys. 77 years I had a few doctors but only one comes to mind, DR, FISHER.
A great Doctor. He is one of the few that i have run into, in general practice, that takes the time to ask the questions and really listen to what you have to say. I can't recommend him enough!
