Great sales staff and I found some fantastic shoes that FIT!
I saw a sale when I was passing by so I went inside and found some very cute fall boots half off. They didn't fit me too good because they ran narrow but luckily I was able to exchange them. Make sure you keep your receipt because they are a bit strict on exchanges.
Jasmin Valdez was just amazing. I walked in just looking and I walked out with my 2 new shoes. She gave me her honest opinion about my new shoes. Let me just walk around and assisted my every need. Thank you Jazmin. I will be back.
went to their sidewalk sale they had a wide selection of shoes. They do not have a public restroom. I did end up buying shoes from them. The employees were courteous and nice. Shoes are a little bit more pricey but better customer service.
Customers don't have right to use restroom in the store. I went to there with my kids to buy shoe for them. My daughter selected the shoe she wanted $82 without tax and I was ready to pay for when my son 7 years old asked them If he can use restroom. The woman at there said no public restroom. I said we are customers. She said no that is the store policy. We Left the store and didn't buy the shoe.
Salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. They had a buy one get one half off sale. We only needed one pair and they still gave us a discount. We also have the option to bring the boots back within 10 days if not satisfied!
I'm very happy with my online purchase from this store. Craig's had the hard-to-find clearance boots I wanted in stock, for a reasonable price. The shipping was fast and free, and the shoes arrived in perfect condition.
