Cranberry's Gourmet Shoppe

Nice location and the potential is definitely there to be a great gourmet cafe, but the customer service is unprofessional. The cook looked as if he was on drugs. He was screaming and fighting with the cashier. He was slamming things around and seemed to be a bit unstable. The Wrap that I ordered was wet because it was possibly pre made and not made to order. The fries were ice cold. It was a waste of $20. My company just moved 4 minutes away so I was hoping that it would be a great place to get lunch but I won't be back. They need to step it up!

Not impressed. The potential is there but personnel have to be trained. For example, fresh cut fries were served to me either refried or fried in old oil. I came to have lunch at 1:30 and the tables were all sprinkled with bread crumbs and oil slicks. I was there for 30 minutes and not one person cleaned it up. The front door has a big pile of bird poop directly on the ground where you step to go in.

Love the staff, I am a regular. The setting is a beautiful place to relax during a busy workday. Food is very good.
