My residence at the Cranbrook Centre Apartments have been positive. Its well maintained, quiet and clean. If there is a problem and management is aware of it, they will take care of it quickly. I also take part in the activities that our Manager Regina Harvey plan out each month for the tenants to enjoy such as a Paint & Sip Party, Movie Nights, Games Nights and a Sleigh Ride in the winter and a pool party in the summer!
This is a phenomenal apartment complex. I was happy to call this place home for 2 years and I was sad to move out. Regina was such an amazing property manager and promptly handled any maintenance requests. I could tell she cared about each tenant and all the apartments. In a day and age when customer service isn't a given, she went above and beyond to address each concern plus there were regular community events - even a day of sleigh rides in the winter! Additionally, the grounds were well-maintained and my neighbors were respectful and polite. I only moved out because my job relocated me out-of-state but some of my neighbors had been there for many years, which speaks to how great it is. Plus, the location of the apartment is great; it is close to shops and freeways. Also, I worked late hours and always felt safe coming home. I cannot say enough positive things about the apartment community. Again, it was a great place to call home.
Our community manager Regina at Cranbrook Centre Apt makes living here a loving, safe, family orientated community. Our sleigh ride was a blast
My dishwasher has been out over a month. Regina is rude, nasty and disrespectful to the older tenants they hate her to say the least. Her attitude is deplorable and she is a narcissistic person. The property is nice, but the management is awful. Move in at your own risk. She must pay for reviews, because everyone I had incounted said she is the Devil. Her nickname is lu lu , Lucifers daughter
I've been to Taco Tuesday at the Cranbrook Centre apartments last June it was really nice socializing with this small community of people that reside at Cranbrook Centre apartments. I had never experienced the type of effort and excitement that this management team has for their residents. I was impressed! On July 14,2023 I was invited to a pool party at Cranbrook Centre Apartments and it was just the way a hot summer afternoon should be spent. They had a DJ, refreshments, and The Taste of Honey food Truck. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was amazing! Cranbrook shows how much they value and take special care of their tenants. I felt a sense of community there. I hope to get invited to Cranbrook again because I felt safe relaxed and care for. It was amazing!!! Thank you Cranbrook, Gigi
Me and my husband moved into the Cranbrook Centre Apartments almost a week ago, and we decided to leave our review this soon because there are no words to describe the awesome customer service and consistent support that the leasing staff, Regina showed us. We are new to apartment living but already know this will be our home well into the foreseeable future. We are in love with the size of our apartment, the quietness, and the scenic view of the property. It is definitely a win across the board!
My experience here has been good. The manager, staff and maintenance have attended to my requests in a timely manner. The manager has held gatherings so tenants can get to know one another. And, recently held a pool party so everyone and their guests can enjoy.
I do want you to know my very first horse and buggie ride was a excellent experience at the Cranbrook Apartments I met some very nice people a warm and cozy night the homemade chilli hot chocolate and the delicious cake was great thanks to the management team Regina, Zachary, Quran great job!!! And I was one of the winners of the raffle thank you so much
I must honestly say. WOW!! I just submitted my application. Havent even been approved and Regina and her staff made me feel welcome. The experience is next level!!!!
Regina has been awesome and has went above and beyond to accommodate me so i can get my new place!!! and zack is awesome and a nice guy. Can’t wait to move here next week!!!!
