Free classes are held on the bandstand in Crandall Park every Sunday (rain or shine) at 9am. You'll need to bring a mat, light weights, and water bottle.
Guys and Gals it's that time of year...
Classes will resume on the stage in Crandall Park every Sunday at 8:30 am May 5th-October 6th. We're there rain or shine!
Newcomers:
This is a cardio/strength training class guaranteed to kick start your week. It's an excellent opportunity to work closely with a certified trainer.
Class is open to anyone at any fitness level. Modifications are made for advanced students as well as those new to exercise.
Class is free to everyone, but you'll need to bring the following:
5 or 8 lb dumbbells
Exercise Mat
Water Bottle
Towel (there will be sweat)
