Crandall was very friendly, patient, caring, considerate, compassionate, very attentive to the needs and wants of the funeral for my significant other and my children's dad. He went above and beyond what most funeral directors do. Him and his staff did a wondeful job on my significant other and my children's dad. He looked great and the funeral was beautiful. Thank you to Scott and the Crandell team for going above and beyond at every turn in handling our Dad's celebration of life and cremation. Scott thought of everything and provided additional information that we would need in the coming months settling various elements. He was also versatile in handling our audio/visual needs and was so responsive. Sandra was so helpful with receiving service items and had a welcoming energy that gave us peace. They treated us like we were family and were so thoughtful. Some people are just well suited for their occupation, and Scott is spot on.

Wonderful people with gracious spirits and caring hearts. They really took care of the details surrounding the details of my mother-in-laws funeral. This was no ordinary funeral either as she was laid to rest in Kentucky. Thank you Curt and Scott and Sandy. We appreciate all you did for us!
