Great experience during client registration. Friendly staff and vet took her time with my 3 year old rescue husky. Noticed they have been in business for over 50 years and the atmosphere shows quality care.
I cannot say enough good things about this place. They can always get my dog in when she isn’t well and they now use an app to make it so easy to talk with them with questions. They are so kind and helpful and communicative. The vets remember my dog even though they have so many patients! Would recommend!
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Accommodating for appointment scheduling. I was impressed with the cleanliness of this site and attention my pet got from the girls. Reasonable rates so far
I wanted to follow up on my review of Cranston Animal Hospital. We moved from NY thank god at the beginning of March when our nearly 15 year old Aleister's lymphoma came back. They were super thoughtful, tested his bumps, did an on site blood test and gave us a very realistic, but hopeful prognosis. Thanks to their care and our beautiful backyard he bounced back for 4 great and memorable weeks. Unfortunately, once we realized his time was soon to arrive, it was late Friday. I'm sorry we were unable to bring him in, but thankfully we were here for him when he passed on at home. They were so kind to call us on Monday morning and we are now awaiting his ashes as they thoughtfully still took him for cremation after the fact. I've been to many vets, but CAH are the kindest by far Dr. Rockwell, Jessica, & Ginger esp.. Thanks for giving our beloved guy some extra time that really made us and him happy xo. We look forward to bringing our younger cat to you for checkups asap. You guys are the best.
I have been taking my dogs to Cranston Animal Hospital for decades and trust them wholeheartedly with my family members. Strongly recommend. Caring, extremely knowledgeable and great listeners - they’re women. Vet Techs excellent as well. Big shout out for Jess who has taken loving care of all 4 of our dogs at some point. Love her and Dr. Rodehorst.
I’m thankful for the care and responsiveness we receive from Cranston Animal Hospital. Ginger has been amazing every time we call. The vets handle our furbabies with gentleness. Our concerns are heard and responded to even when they are busy. Thank you for a great experience.
My very nervous cat has a difficult time leaving the house. I called ahead to warn the office she might be a handful, but upon arrival the staff treated her so well there were no issues. All my many questions were answered patiently, and my cat experienced very little stress. This will be our pets home office from now on, based on my very positive experience here.
Dr. Rodehorst and the entire team at Cranston Animal Hospital are absolutely wonderful. My dog became a patient there this year and I am so happy with the excellent care she receives and the positive and welcoming environment that the staff fosters with each visit. Everyone on staff stops by to say hello and they all treat my dog like she’s a little celebrity. They always take the time to bond with her, dote on her, and ensure she’s totally comfortable. It also seems like the whole team works really well together and truly enjoys their work. From check in to check ups to billing, every detail is well managed and exceeds every expectation.
Dr. Rodehorst has been my dogs vet for years. She’s wonderful. So that’s why I brought Gus to Cranston Animal Hospital. I was very pleased with the animal hospital. I’ll be going back, & I’ll definitely recommend Cranston Animal Hospital to others!
I love Cranston Animal hospital! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They’re very accommodating - I can usually get an appointment within a few days where other places I’d been to take weeks to months.
