A decent size floor selection b/c it really helps to see furniture in person; very helpful sales team. *4-stars b/c while it’s good quality furniture, it could be better I’m accounting for price range here; it’s not inexpensive but still within the affordable range approx. $1K-$10K depending on the items. A lot of their furniture is ‘solid-wood’, however not all of it is constructed as would befit furniture in that price range.
We were treated with respect by everyone we interacted with. The housewares person, Connie, was super. Listened and see then helped us pick out exactly the perfect china we were looking for. Helped with additional setting, serving pieces and flatware. Over all a most enjoyable experience. Would go back and will recommend to friends.
The in-home design consultation service is extremely poor. They cancelled twice within one week. Don't even waste your time booking sessions with them!
Staff were super polite, accommodating, and very knowledgeable in their craft!
I have worked for many years with the Natick store, with Jerome until he retired recently, and now with Kristin. As an interior designer, I appreciate the care and attention I received/receive from these 2 wonderful and efficient managers. Adding items to consolidate shipping even items from CB2, putting away floor model items that were discontinued but that my client absolutely wanted, borrowing samples or even entire stools to try in-situ… They know what it takes for designers to work efficiently, and they deliver. Yes the supply chain is still a mess, and I had a number of pushed-back delivery dates, which they are not responsible for. But this is not their fault. It is across the board, from tiles taking months to ship from Italy to custom loft ladder taking months to ship from the US. Even my local metal and glass fabricators are behind as they cannot get raw supplies. Please be kind and patient. Most people are trying their best.
My wife and I are glad that we purchased from this store instead of online. The staff was helpful and when we had shipping delays they helped keep us posted. A particular big thank you to Courtney Fontaine. Once she was on the task she was incredible. She promptly got us updates and went above and beyond. Thank you, Courtney!
Amazing customer service. Everyone who worked there was so helpful, kind, friendly, and inclusive. Plus wonderful products!
Usually a very great shopping experience but not today. Waited in line for an hour. When we got in the person helping wasn't very helpful and the pieces we came to see weren't on the showroom. After our helper left we kept looking around and then other helpers came up to help us and make purchases. What was the point of the line? We were told we had to wait in line if we wanted to purchase furniture but could come in without the line if we were just looking around. It seems we could have just come in to look around and would have still been helped to make furniture purchases. Just make everyone wait in line if they want to make a purchase or look around. That way the line will move faster and you can't shortcut it by being helped without waiting in line.
Staff was attentive. Seemed a little lite stocked.
Employee Maddy gave an entitled rude attitude to recent customer and there was poor treatment to customers
