Always a great shopping experience! I love coming in for kitchen items. The glassware I have bought here is gorgeous and looks much more expensive than it actually is. Nobody believes the highball glasses were less than $10! Crate & Barrel is also a great place to get wood accents if you like teak and acacia home goods.
Crate and Barrel is nice for kitchen wear and decor. We always buy our counter appliances here. They sell Breville among some other nice brands. The pots and pans selection is good too.
Ordered several pieces of furnitures from Crate & Barrel at University Village. When I received, there were 3 of them either wrong items or with obvious flaws. I asked for replacements, but when the replacements came, they were damaged. Recently had my 3rd time replacement delivery, but the furniture still had large flaws like stains/dents. Never received any follow ups from the store, every time need to call / ask to get the updates of the replacements. The items are expensive, but the quality and service obviously not at the same level.
I have only ever really gone here to shop furniture. It's got a mix of palatable to eye watering price range. Very good selection of quality furniture, plating and decor. Lots of options to find a perfect sofa. What sets them apart is the wonderful people that work there. Service has always been what really brings me back.
This is the place you come to buy clean rocks in a plastic jar, or a mini tree with a gnome on top for $50 and anything else you could hand make but would rather spend money on a corporation that mass sells hand goods from China. If you have a hard time decorating with little imagination this place makes it easy as possible. They have stylists that will design for you.all of the stuff here seem like they're from Europe and or International and very friendly and helpful and positive. I really like that there's color and an array of choices but nothing is absolutely to unique just very cute nice simple. This is a safe family environment.
Cool place no one seemed to want to help us. After 20 minutes we gave up and left. Too bad. We had cash and wanted to buy.
Hello recently went here with my girlfriend to shop for furniture and kitchenware for our new apartment. There was one staff member who was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Sadly it ended with her. Every other staff member we encountered was very hostile and unwelcoming making us feel like our business was not wanted or we did not belong there. After being made to feel this way, we left immediately and are apprehensive about doing any kind of business with Crate and Barrel now or anytime in the future.
Seems less busy than it was before it was blocked by the massive new remodeled Apple store that now sits in front of it. Majority of the higher priced furniture is on the second floor in addition to the new kids section as they seem to have eliminated the Land of Nod and rebranded to Crate & Kids.
Geoff was SO helpful. One of the floor managers was super sassy but Geoff saved the day.
I have purchased most of the furniture in my home from this store over the past 15 years. I have ALWAYS had excellent shopping experiences, customer service and design help. Crate and Barrel has quality products that I am willing to pay for. If you're looking for cheap stuff there is always IKEA but the furniture at this store has held up great in my home and it's been a great investment. I have come to know several of the sales associates and the manager Jenny over the years and they have always been very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never had a question go unanswered or a problem unsolved. They are a friendly, helpful and courteous bunch and a pleasure to do business with. I always feel appreciated for my business whether it's a large furniture item or just the purchase of a simple kitchen gadget or a bargain shelf sale item. Nothing but love for this place. Fantastic products and staff!
