Crave Cupcakes

Cupcakes are super tasty, looks pretty and they are fresh I definitely recommend everyone to try their cup cakes. I had red velvet and took a 6 combo box with different flavours.

I’ve been a fan for years. I recently started frequenting the Kirby location. There’s some parking-not too much considering the other businesses in the complex. But the staff are welcoming and the selection never disappoints. The transactions are pretty quick. It’s cashless I believe. I’m he only downside is there is no seating although there appears to be some space for it. Maybe cupcakes are to go foods—idk. But highly recommend if you are looking for a treat.

Haven’t had a better cupcake since Sprinkles in Beverly Hills. These are on point. Highly recommended

Very sweet! All that I can taste is sweetness. Their cupcakes are all frosting and no cakes at all. It’s like 70% frosting and 30% cupcake and very very sweet! I got 4 cupcakes and gave each one a try. I just cant. This is not for me.

Great bakery! Has some great classic and unique flavors that were all delicious. The employees were very helpful and were very kind! Will really recommend it if you like some good quality, delicious cupcakes and coffee.

Love this Kirby location. They always have all the flavors or items that I want, whether cupcakes, lemon bars, brownies, coffee beans, or dog treats. The line always moves fast, and the staff is always friendly.

We love Crave Cupcakes!! But today, the guy that helped us seemed annoyed and was very short with my family hence 4 stars. I still tipped him, hopefully his day got better. Cupcakes were delish as always. We usually go to the one in Galleria area which is ALWAYS awesome but we moved to this neighborhood and discovered this location just around the corner. The Astros cupcake is fun and delish as well!

Great cupcakes here and pretty good service. Got the red velvet and the cookies and cream ones. The red velvet was probably the best that I’ve ever had and the cookies and cream was pretty good too. This place is definitely better than sprinkles. The only dislike for me was the branded fondant circle on top of each cupcake - it didn’t add much to the experience and was hard to chew but aside from that solid place and great cupcakes

The cupcakes themselves are delicious! However, the reason I give them 3 stars is because I have a hard time placing an order online for pick up and trusting them to package my cupcakes appropriately. I am gonna have to start checking my box before leaving the store.. I got home today to half my cupcakes having been flipped upside down, this was clearly not my fault since half the cupcakes were in perfect condition.. this was supposed to be for a birthday party.. now I have to show up with badly packaged cupcakes..

Really bad experience. They gave me a box that fell apart right outside the store. So they asked me to purchase the 3 that fell on the floor. Okay that's fine, I'll give you some money. No issue there. Maybe best case scenario you offer to cover it out of courtesy and I would have refused, paid for the cupcakes. THEN she just hands me the cupcakes rudely and tells me to go box them myself. Like I did something wrong? I ask if they could help a little or give me some gloves since the mess was everywhere. No. So here I am at the side counter in the middle of their store packaging cupcakes. Cleaning the mess up. Absolute worse service ever. Go to the DPS if you want better customer service.
