First time at the office and it was very smooth and pleasant. Easy check in process. Staff was professional and attentive. Dr. Crawford was very personable and friendly. He explained my son’s issue clearly and had a treatment plan upon insurance approval. I would recommend 10/10.
I can't say anything bad about this office. My son went in for braces and it only took them about a hour to put them on. The office staff was nice, as well as the doctor. The amount, down payment, and monthly amount is affordable also. After going to other orthodontist offices they were very pricey compared to Dr. Crawford.
Their staff do not know what they are doing or don't care to do their jobs right. No less than three times in a year braces bracket bands were half way installed or missing. Other times the braces were over adjusted. A procedure that should have taken a year has so far taken two and counting.
These folks are criminals and I will be calling Medicaid to report them as well. I took my son here to get braces and he had a normal dentist appointment 5 days later and he was missing 2 brackets. His dentist said that they shouldn’t have came off that easily and that fast. I called them immediately and they only cut the wires. When he came back for his 2nd appointment they refuse to correct their mistake. How can u charge me when the two back brackets obviously wasn’t put on correctly. They blamed it on something he ate when in 6 weeks nothing else came off nothing but the 2 in the back on his small teeth. I’m calling Medicaid as I type this because this is fraud
My son has been a patient here for about a year. I've never had a problem with staff nor the hygienists in the back. Never a long wait for son's retightening. He's usually called back within 10-15 minutes after signing in.
It’s always a pleasant experience. The front and back office just get professional all the way round. Enough space for seating, appointments move as they should. Second kid getting braces here. We ride 45 mins, just for Dr. Crawford’s office!!
It’s a very Clean facility, very time efficient check-in, short wait period, friendly staff and great communication/customer service. The dentist and assistants were very friendly and took care in explaining everything! I Love the care my child received.

This was our first time here and we really felt the love. The entire staff was amazing. They were very friendly and patient with us.
Love this dentists. It's always an in and out situation. Everyone is always kind and professional all the time, even on the phone. I took my son to the Holmbridge road location for years and now my daughter goes to the Stockbridge location, and you can't tell the difference. They are both ran the same.
