The office manager Kim is an absolute delight! She was always helpful and did everything she could to make your experience better! The units were clean and well maintained. We never had any issues with the security of our items and it was overall a great experience!

It’s is a horrible place with extremely terrible help. High prices on units there management isn’t knowledgeable on what there job description are and management seems not to be able to tell the truth and be truthful. I would suggest looking else where that Crawford Storage.

We had a problem and wanted to talk to the manager. We were informed we could not. I was told to send an e-mail and maybe she would get back to me. They did not want to reimburse us for insurance they were charging us when we had our own insurance. Beware when you rent from them.

Service is excellent. Security is very good
