The manager Lora is very unprofessional. I visited this store in Chicago Ridge and there was not enough money in the register to give me change. She told me my only option was to take a store credit. Part of being a good manager is managing money is the drawer as well. I explained to her, I'm in the mall. I have many options.... look around sweetie. Be prepared to do business when you manage a store. I RATE THIS STORE A ZERO...I WON'T BE BACK!
