The favorite functions of my vocation involve getting to know and eventually understand all the distinct characteristics and different situations of my clients. There is always much to be learned from our
experiences together and value gained from the fulfillment of our mutual accomplishments. Of course, all clients soon become fiends and family and it is because of this that I prefer to practice the business model of hand-shake agreements. When the broker and client are compatible, win/win situations usually result. When the broker and client lack compatibility, it is the broker’s duty to help the client find a suitable replacement. The broker’s fiduciary duty always takes precedence with strict focus on the client’s best interest. The client-broker relationship bears as the root of commerce, dating all the way back to the origins of trade. This sacred relationship exists on an integral foundation of mutual
trust and reliability.
At present, over the last sixteen years of my career as a commercial and residential sales broker, property manager, mortgage broker, land developer and real estate advisor, I have been blessed with the experiences of over a thousand transactions while working with hundreds of different clients. Each and every deal has met the strict criteria that all transactions are to benefit all in
which it may affect, including; buyers, sellers, co-adjutant agents, appraisers, lender, inspectors, title agents, contractors, etc. It would seem that regardless of which side of the transaction or negotiating
table a participant may be, we are all ultimately on the same team. With our client’s best interest in mind, we all work together to continually puzzle out solutions and learn from each other to get the most
for our clients and make each transaction enjoyable.
