I have had the pleasure of working with CLS, now CLC, for the past two years for all of our company's lodging needs. Each representative I have worked with has been timely with communication and always quick to resolve any issues. Utilizing their services has helped me easily stay within budget guidelines while ensuring a comfortable stay for our employees.

I have managed my company's lodging program through CLS/CLC since 2014.  I have received excellent service and reporting.  CLC representatives and my account manager are always polite and responsive.  The direct billing is a benefit to our company to keep credit cards to a minimum.  CLC has improved the online booking process and continues to  offer a 24 hour call center solution for crews that are remote or not technically savvy.

I would like to echo the review I left on the Kansas office, and call out our account manager specifically, Mason McAuliffe! He is AWESOME and works out of this office.  CLC is a vendor partner for my employer, a large restaurant corporation. And we truly value their partnership! They are polite, prompt, and always accommodating. Even when our needs tend to be very last minute! Not to mention, they help us to save A LOT of money. We rarely have any issues, but when we do, CLC is quick to make it right and ensure we are taken care of. I am lucky to work with them! :

We have had the best experience with CLC for the past year.  Professional, friendly,  and expeditious with all of our requests.  If you have a corporate lodging need,  let them help you!  Billing is easy, with swift reconciliation.  Taylor is my guy but everyone I have worked with has been amazing!
