I Went to get my nails soaked off done by my beginner friend and the lady doing it was bad mouthing me to her client in the next seat saying that she “doesn’t know why people don’t just come to real nail salons like [hers] to get their nails done.” If I could give this place a lower rating I would. Service was terrible even for just a soak off.
My sister and I came to Creative Touch to get pedicures and I also got a manicure too. The salon was clean; and all of the technicians, including ours, were friendly and worked well together. This made for a very comfortable environment. Being a newby to the world of getting manis and pedis, I was glad that my sister, who has more experience getting professional pedicures than I do, was there because I was clueless on what to do. I didn't get tons of guidance from our technician and she did draw a little blood while cutting the cuticle on my toe, but she took care of it and did a good job with everything else. I really like how my nails turned out. Overall, it was a good experience and I'll likely go back again.
Good luck getting an actual appointment. Booked a appointment online. Received an text later stating that the nail tech refused the appointment and is only taking her clients. Cool. Maybe don't make it available to book if people can't actually book.
I love this place. Especially my nail stylist! Upbeat and trendy. Young staff with new new nail concepts.
Julie was awesome! Love her willingness to make sure I had a positive experience. She took her time to explain the types of nail services and helped me make a great decision with the powder dip nails. Love her positivity. Great atmosphere! Staff is very friendly and informative. Will definitely come back!
