I absolutely love this location. I was greeted and helped right away, and the process was quick and efficient. The people were very welcoming and professional. They offer coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the waiting area. I was helped by Joseph Rivera and he was wonderful. He was friendly and set up my account with ease. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great atmosphere.
Great polite and efficient customer service. Do not enter from loading driveway. You will be wasting time making a U turn out. Enter from Civic Center Drive- 1st photo. Continue in and make a right turn into parking structure and park on this level- 2nd photo. Walk towards the upper level of library entrance. Enter and CU counters are on your left- 3rd photo. You can also enter from lower level of library entrance if you enter from the shopping center- 4th photo.
I wrote a review in Yelp as well. I took scene shots so they do not try to delete them. Over all, their lending department is not equipped to follow through especially Melanie.
Easy and fast approval process. Very nice and helpful personnel.
On hold for 11 minutes with customer service and still haven't answered. Must be a busy day. Usually answers in two rings.
Good customer service! I'll do business again.
