I always try to support small businesses first but they are not willing to work with other small businesses at all. They won’t budge on their prices and you can get the same exact model ladders from Home Depot for much cheaper. I had 6 ladders to buy and they wouldn’t give me a dollar off. I would have bought them from Creech if they would match Home Depot prices but they refused my business. They gotta evolve with the times and at least price match or they won’t be around.
They have all the scaffolding and ladders a job site could ever need. Fast delivery and quick and knowledgeable staff.
They met me outside to take the keys to my truck. Had the tool boxes and rack mounted and ready to pick up within 2 hours. Super easy, super nice, super professional I wouldn't go anywhere else when you make your living with a truck
I called for a price and they gave me a decent quote, so I made an appointment and cleared my schedule for the day. I show up for the install and they tell me that things were left off of the quote and that it's going to be $800 more!!! classic "bait and switch"
Rhino bed liner looks incredible. I found out recently that they do work for non-commercial clients and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome of the bed liner and customer service. Thanks to David and co.!
I'm new to Nashville and have been searching for two specific but not uncommon ladders. I visited both big box stores and though the ladders are shown on each of their websites, neither big box stores keeps them in stock. After about a week of procrastinating, I was ready to go back to the big box store and buy something that would work but wasn't what I wanted. I did one more Google search "ladders Nashville" and Creech Ladder came up as a result. Though I figured they wouldn't have what I was looking for or it would be way over priced if they did, I still gave them a call. Sure enough they had what I was looking for, in stock and cheaper than both big box stores. The ladies at the counter were both very nice and efficient. I would definitely do business with them again.
There are not enough 'mom & pop' shops still around like this one anymore! These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and if you compare their products to the same quality products elsewhere, they beat the prices of the large retail chains as well.
We sell a huge variety of ladders and provide excellent customer service. We also sell and install ladder racks and provide custom shelving and other upfit options for commercial vans.
Great guys, good solid ladders, O.S.H.A. approved ladder rating system in all sizes. Nice people too. Loaded the ladders for me too!
Only place in town to buy , platform ladders, great customer service, the lovely young lady is very helpful and friendly
