Love, love, love Dr. Coral Turman and her staff!! They care for my 5 dogs and I cannot say enough good things about them. I recommend them to all of our clients here at Wiggle Butt's Academy! Update: Sadly, Dr. Coral Turman passed away Aug. 2018. She will be missed. Not only as a vet to our 5 dogs, but also as a friend. R.I.P. Dr. Coral. There is a new vet in house for now. Have only seen her once, so I cannot fairly review her.
Small clinic with one Vet. Dr Turman is personable and gives your pet wonderful care. The entire staff is friendly. When I travel the practice boards our dog. I have used Creekside for about five years and recently adopted another dog and had no doubt about where I would be taking her. May not be the cheapest vet in town but I will continue to use this practice as I value the service they provide.
Awesome!! Just an awesome place for your pet. Low stress, one doctor practice so you never worry about your pup seeing "another new guy" and hoping that they get it right. Friendly staff that knows you and your pup by name by the second visit but usually Jason knows on the first- he's good like that lol . And Neda makes my dogs smell amazing after a bath!!!
This is an amazing place! The staff are caring and very knowledgeable. Dr. Turman knows her stuff and she is the best around, I highly recommend her to anyone! Jason who is a tech/receptionist/whatever else he needs to be to help out is always smiling and is quite funny. It is a very fun and comfortable environment for me and my animals.
I took my cat to Creekside about 6 months ago and had a very nice experience at this Vet. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly!!! Called and got an appointment the same day and once I arrived I waited less than ten minuets!!! This vet is awesome and I highly recommend it... BUT... Do be prepared they are a tad bit on the pricey side in my opinion however the quality of care and service will overshadow the price! 5 stars all the way!!!!
For over 10 years I have been a client of Creekside Animal Hospital - from the day Dr. Coral Turman opened the doors. Because of the knowledge and skill of Dr. Turman and the kindness and care of the entire staff, my shelties are living longer than the normal and they have an extremely good quality of life. My little pack is aging, I have a 3 legged sheltie who is over 15 y/o, another turning 15 this year, one turning 14 y/o. Yet none of them look or act their age. Yes, I make sure they receive excellent nutrition but Dr. Coral sees that any small blip in their health receives attention. I remember when I had a sheltie neutered at Creekside - I had to call after he came home because the incision was invisible!! Just incredible care. Thank you Jason for always been calm, polite and helpful. Thank you Denise & Nedda for being so compassionate to my animals and giving them lots of cuddles when they come in for grooming. Thank you Dr. Coral for helping me keep my shelties alive and healthy so I can enjoy their company as long as possible.
Man answering the phone was rude. At least a 2 week wait to get an appointment. He tried to tell me what was wrong with my animal even though he is not a vet. If the staff is rude, I'll pass and go where politeness is required, after all, vets are not inexpensive *Reply to vet's response: You should get your story straight. The "tech" on the phone was the vet's husband the receptionist and did tell me his diagnosis. I was never given a topical medication by my previous vet so I don't' know where that info came from. Him suggesting causes for my pet's hair loss was an attempt to diagnose him without seeing him. I never asked his opinion. He asked me what the problem was and I told him. He was not interested in hearing that my pet needed to be seen immediately. He had already made it clear that my pet, because he would be a new client would not be seen. He told me that established clients had priority over new clients and that I would not be able to be "fit in". Once that was said, I hung up the phone. By the way, my pet did get "the shot" from my previous vet within the week. "The shot" was depo-medrol, an anti-inflammatory steroid shot and yes, it did work just as I had said it would. Being a long time pet owner, nobody knows their own pets like the ones who care for them on a day to day basis. I don't need a receptionist telling me their grab bag guesses. I was right about what my cat needed and he is now fine no thanks to this wannabe.
We took Max our Cat in for some treatments, he was spoil when we took him and he was really spoil when we got him back they took VERY GOOD CARE of him while he we there. They are very good and checked him head to toe. The Vet and all the technicians were very caring for all the pets that came in: I would recommend Creekside Animal Hospital to anyone
Very caring staff at Creekside. We had our first dog here for years and when the end came they were wonderful in handling our situation. Now we are back with our new dog and they haven't missed a step!
Went here to get a clean bill of health for travels, they were extremely nice and caring. the pricing is what I would expect out of any other vet, the best was when they called a week later to see how the trip went... that to me is way above and beyond.
