This is our family's second time working with in CSI. I can't say enough about how attentive they were to our needs. Very professional but very nice individuals.
My situation was somewhat unique in that my husband’s brain was being donated to the Mayo Clinic for research. There were a number of complicated steps involved, and everything had to be timed perfectly so that the tissue would be viable for the donation. Stephanie and Elizabeth at the Glen Ellyn office were on top of it every step of the way, and the donation went off without a hitch. This was a great comfort to me.
My experience with CSI could not have been more pleasant. The ladies at the Glenview office were extremely efficient, compassionate, and thorough. They made a difficult aspect of dealing with death bearable by their kindness and personal attention. They were very communicative, and went the extra mile making sure all the details were taken care of in a timely fashion. This is my second time using their services, and I would definitely recommend them.
Stephanie at the Glen Ellyn location was available every step of the way with assisting me with my brother when he suddenly passed away. Going through something that emotional helps when someone is there to make the process go smoothly, since I am so far away. I felt she went beyond helping me especially when I could not be there to pick up his ashes. She communicated with me every step of the way. Elizabeth was available to help me with the prayer cards which were delivered quickly to me, so I could mail them out to family and friends. I would highly recommend both of these two wonderful people in your time of need.
The Cremation Society of Illinois were just outstanding. We didn’t have to do anything, they took care of everything. Comforting people who really know what they are doing. We had my husband interned at Abraham Lincoln Cemetery and they took care of every last detail. I would highly recommend them.
Stephanie and Elizabeth were so helpful and thorough in guiding my family through the cremation process for our beloved Mother. Other family members have used their services and were well taken care of through a difficult time. I plan to arrange my cremation through the Society also. Even though it was the New Year holiday time we were able to easily set up cremation process for my sister. We used Cremation Society of Illinois in the past for both parents.and have been happy with their help at the difficult time of family deaths.
This was the second time we have used the Cremation Society of Illinois. We are very pleased with the level of service we have received. Stephanie and the team in Glen Ellyn have provided us with very compassionate and personal service during a very difficult time for our family. I highly recommend the Cremation Society of Illinois.
The staff at Glen Ellyn's office are wonderful. Neither my husband or myself had pre--planned anything. When my husband died suddenly, they stepped right up and handled all the immediate issues. Their calm and organized demeanor took away all my stress. This year I did pre-plan my cremation and my elderly brother's. He passed in August and again they did an excellent job. They do their best to help us through difficult times.
Stephanie & Elizabeth made the unexpected passing of my mother manageable. They took care of things that I thought I would have to do and made themselves available at all times. Thank you ladies for the wonderful job that you do in the most difficult of times for people!!
