I was originally going to use a traditional funeral home for my mother’s cremation but her hospice provider recommended Cremation America. It was a great recommendation. They couldn’t have made the process less stressful or any easier. George was great to deal with. He answered all my questions and provided info I didn’t ask. Empathetic and helpful. I highly recommend Cremation America.
Of course losing a parent is very painful, but creamation America was so incredibly good it made the process of creamation so much easier. They picked up my mom immediately. They did the creamation in a timely manner, and any time I was hysterical need something they obliged. The staff are patient and very kind

Creamations America have had a contract with my family for years for my father & mothers Creamations upon their death and though they no longer take pre Creamations orders they still are honoring all their previous prepaid Creamations they have served my family & our parents remains with dignity and compassion. They are a wonderful company and I highly recommend them, you can rest assure you can count on them at your moment of need
After loosing my father unexpectedly and not being from the area- the reviews initially drew me to this place. From the beginning the patience and kindness from George was so refreshing and his kindness made the process much calmer for me to handle. He was patient and sincere with me with my questions and helped me through the process. The entire process was handled so gently, which is what is needed especially when you’re going through such a difficult time. I want to thank George and Gus for being so kind, it truly means a lot. Thank you for taking good care of my father and I. 10/10 would recommend them- truly are gems.

The staff was very professional. They care about your feelings and making the process as smooth as possible. I was able to do the paperwork online and they made it easy in such a hard moment. I will always recommend this place.
I am embarrassed to admit that I did not know there were crematories. I incorrectly thought that only funeral homes could do cremations. My dear husband wished to be cremated without a service. So, in December when he passed, the Hospice Social Worker gave me a list of funeral homes AND crematories. Once I researched and saw the reviews for Cremations America, I knew it was what I needed. From my first phone call to Gus, the co-owner, to picking up my husband's remains, Cremations America was truly FIVE STAR. Their empathy and professionalism is what you expect and need during your time of grief. Cremations America delivered! Please do not hesitate to use them. You will not be disappointed.
The staff at Cremations America were so helpful, empathetic, and accommodating while dealing with the loss of my dad. Don’t let the location fool you– despite being located in Coral Gables, they were one of the most if not the most reasonably priced cremation services I was able to find in Miami. I could not recommend this business enough.
The death of my father in an unfamiliar city was made so much easier by the care that this team showed in the days and weeks following as they took care of his cremation and all of the many details. Every interaction that I had via phone was handled in a caring and sympathetic manner. I never felt rushed by anyone and each person was so patient and willing to answer my many questions. I changed my mind on a couple of arrangements, and I never felt that this was a burden for them. I also felt that everything was handled very professionally and in a timely manner.
