CREOKS Behavioral Health Services - Tahlequah

Not a horrible outpatient service but if you are in need of help don't expect it for at least 1-2 weeks from the time you ask. Front desk can be nice but when it's busy they are very rude.

Absolutely disgusting place and people. Went in for any sort of help or reassurance. Was quickly ushered out the door before I could even finish my paperwork. Was told they would call me back as they took my paperwork with what little info I managed to put on it, my number included. No calls back, ever. Guess MEN are not allowed to be HUMAN and have HUMAN emotion. They pick and choose who they want to help and who they don't, if you are a man, don't bother. They rather see your name in the obituary under the lines suicide.

I wish we had better options in tahlequah. This establishment is a joke.

You need mental health services? DONT BOTHER GOING HERE. They literally just told me to go to group therapy and that was it. Group therapy is not for everyone and that is okay.

I've felt bad things here. Watch what you say if they're treating you because they can cost you everything based on their perception of what you say, and i was threatened with dhs by the counselor non mandatory counseling because i didn't go to an autism support group for single parents like she suggested and it made her angry. She also tried forcing me to see her twice a month guess she needs the money because I don't need the service Was also harassed by phone and letter multiple times after firing them as a provider in October by the same counselor

I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy. I went seeking help for depression and left feeling worse than ever before. The therapists don't actually listen to you, and as an empath I could feel that they didn't care about my well being in the slightest. I was turned away from getting my prescription for antidepressants refilled because I didn't come to group therapy. Even though I tried to go to group, and they were "too full" to see me.

Adults don't go here I got kicked out homeless on the streets while in treatment here for having a dog so I kept him they ended my service I went to Colorado. That's tahlequah for you

I'm thinking 1 star because they treated my daughter who suffers with bipolar awful. They used threats and intemadation to try to get her to do things their way which my daughter was and didn't take kindly too. Because of the way they treated her she no longer takes her meds and is threatening to take her life. But fortunately I'm around her all the time and have keeped that at bay. But I feel that if anything does come from their lack of doing their job properly like her taking her life they should be held accountable for that because I was evolved and set in on every single session with them. I am a witness to the bad treatment my daughter received. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM FOR MY DAUGHTER AGAIN. NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. wayand control the part of her nature
