Crescent Mobile Home Park

Runs ur credit without permission, !! and if ur not related to the girls in the office you get messed with if they don't like or want to move a family member in, u will get evicted. They don't let u fix anything but their family members. Their excuse is " it comes from corporate".

I was thinking of buying a mobile home there Extremely crowded. I was wondering where they would come through it with a plow in the winter time without blocking not only the mobile home in but the car and it scared me so I decided not even to look at it

A great big thank you to all the employees of CMHP and all who make the food drive such a success!! Every month they come out and prep for a very long day. Regardless of weather or conditions they manage to help a tremendous amount of people with a smile on their faces. : The food drive is very helpful and much more appreciated then I think they get credit for. My daughter lives here, and it has improved except for some that give it a bad name not knowing some of the good people that live there and some of the cars that think that it is a great cut through and speed through with no thought about the kids and pets , when they can try and get that under control it could be a better place

i have been living here for 15 years. Dianna has been the best manager we have ever had. she cares about all the kids. she is awesome

Nice place the manager she is not good you don't nothing there basically you can't even far with out getting a letter with a ticket that's a worst manager

Not a bad place to live as long as 1 You don't get robbed by the park buying a trailer 2 can keep up with property maintenance 3 can tolerate management telling you how to live other then that not a bad place to live oh almost forgot if you can ignore or get along with your neighbors your life will be better

I have lived here for six years nice quite place i have a few things i would change but beside them its a nice place to live.But so was Camden many years ago!

New manager sucks. lease was changed in Feb. 2013 you can't write in a new rule until Feb. 2014. Learn your laws. Manager needs to go back for a few more classes.

I have to drive thru here a lot to pick or drop off passengers. I'm a driver for Uber and Lyft, the pot holes are absolutely horrible and dangerous esp at night. Be VERY CAREFUL DRIVING IN THIS DEVELOPMENT!! The park should really invest some money into property repair of the roads inside the park. If it is not in the "current budget", think outside the box and maybe have a Pot Hole Fundraiser. Not sure what you can legally do without speaking with and possibly needing permits. Depending on how much it will cost hold it for a day or more til you reach the goal. Its not hard to get something done in a neighborhood esp if the entire community wants it. The tire and car repairs should be motivation enough to want to address this. Spring is coming so a car wash or something outside gets people in a good moods that its getting warmer, they feel better and end up giving more because they are enjoying themselves! I really hope the management of the park takes this comment and the suggestions seriously. The community will be happier, family visiting and other vehicles that use the roads will also be grateful. It couldn't hurt the property and rental prices either for another pro.. Nicer and newer upgrades will only help that as well! I really hope the community in the park get the pot hole and community roads repaired! It only takes one person to help start a change! Best of wishes
