I am giving a 5 because to each their own. 1. Let start with the positive. I ordered mine on the app. I got half price slushie. I got my food fast. Came at the exact time I asked for it. Server was very nice. So if you have not tried a slushie you must. It like no slushie I ever had in my life. Beyond amazing. Worth it. The new bbq tots was amazing flavor. I could not believe how good it tasted. The hamburger wasn’t as great. Tasted like the hamburger we ate at school lunch. Also it had sweet pickles in it. It killed the taste of the burger. Corn dog good to me. I give 5 for good service, amazing tots and slushie. Always yum corn dog. FYI I ordered mustard but only got a handful of ketchup. That made me sad.
I asked for a sonic double cheese with no cheese and this is what I got. They do not give refunds and tried to refuse my 2nd order. I spend a lot of money at this store but I hope my video goes viral. This burger is hard as a rock. Dietary restrictions: No cheese please
Let me first start off by saying, as I waited, their commercial which promotes ordering ahead in their app for the fastest service played several times. With that being said, I ordered through the app, stay 15 mins away from the location, and still had to wait 30 mins currently still waiting and have yet to receive my order. I've been given no other acknowledgement of my waiting, other than it'll be right out I was told that a total of 3 times. Mind you, yes I understand things happen, it could be busy, whatever what have you, but the purpose of ordering ahead is to alleviate crazy wait times due to ordering in person on the spot. This has by far been my worst experience using an order ahead app of any kind. I can't blame the staff, but at the same time, no one has been understanding of the inappropriate wait time that I've experienced. I've seen cars pull up in stalls next to me receive their orders and leave, and yet I'm still stuck with no explanation as to what happened....update, just got my order, total wait time 1 hr SMH...
Not a fan of their food but the rt 44 limeade is to die for. They also have an incredible refreshing watermelon slushy with nerds in it. I know it sounds gross but you should try it!!!Food: 2/5
When order came out lid popped off shake when being handed to me, made a mess. Wife's order of food was wrong. Ordered hot dog with with ketchup and mustard. Got it but also had chili on it. Had to knock on door to get resolved. Won't be eating there again.Food: 2/5
Got a drink that looked like someone Spit in it; threw it out and found something Brown at bottom of cup! Got grossed out, manager gave us a new drink To Then FindA HAIR INSIDE! LOVE SONIC, just NOT THIS ONE! UNSANITARY Food: 1/5
This location is always out of stock on items like waffle cones. A few times, my family members have gotten sick eating their hot dogs. We have tried it many times as we live nearby and sonic has a pretty big menu. I enjoy the chili cheese coney and the chili cheese tots. I also love a good ice cream slush. I used to love their banana cream pie shake, but that's been long gone. I haven't seen the smores blast in years either. They discontinued the delicious hot cookies served with the ice cream. Tonight we went to get two blasts. When we put our spoons in, we realized all they did was top ours with a sprinkle of cookie dough and oreos. Literally a sprinkle. So, in reality we paid 12 dollars for mediocre soft serve vanilla instead of oreo and cookie dough blasts. I placed the red call button and nobody ever responded or came back . I called corporate to just notify them of this location's inconsistencies and to my surprise a really nice representative answered. He wasn't able to refund me in general or provide me 2 free blasts but offered 2 free cheeseburgers. We won't be going back but he was apologetic and nice. I don't always eat fast food but when I do, I want quality ice cream. This place isn't it anymore.
Pretty sure the employees had these fries sitting cold for a solid hour then gave them to me ice cold didnt even reheat them.. a dog wouldnt have eaten this food.. absolutely pitiful
If there was a no star button!! That’s exactly what you would get!!! Just went through the drive thru upon ordering the lady and that’s being respectful was very rude!! Arrived at the window received the same rudeness also with the window being slammed various times! Canceled my entire order!! Kid-friendliness: Had my kid with me in the drive thru and she was upset!!
Every time I come here it just keeps getting worse. Ordered popcorn chicken and when it was brought to my car it smelled like rancid grease before I even opened the bag. Chicken was so old it was yellow. It's lunch hour you would expect hot fresh food. Not here looks like last night's left overs. I'm really surprised there's no complaints about ppl getting ill from the food that comes out of this place.
